Dr. Berg... What do you think about resistant starch carbs? I did an experiment with very positive results for resistant starch. I fasted for 12 hrs. on water. And on one day I checked my blood glucose level before eating and then after baking a potato for 45 min. I checked my glucose again and it increased by 30 points. Then, on my second day, I did the same test before eating. And then I took the potato and microwaved it for 5 minutes. After 2 hours I tested the glucose and it did not go up at all. There was a 30 point difference lowered by resistant starch. This was also the case with freezing sour dough bread and freezing pasta. There was zero increase in blood glucose with resistant starch!

Hello Dr. Berg! I've been fasting and it is helping me, but I get chronic constipation, and it causes my hemorrhoids severe pain, itching, and swelling, but I really want to continue fasting. Is there a supplement or something I can do to help with constipation during fasting. Please help😊

I have been hydrating for a year and half after shifted my last home to here which is 1.5km away from my company vehicle pickup point so I take too much water and keep walking till 14 which takes 22 mins of slow walk 3 days in a week at zohar time like 2 pm to 2:20 weekly now I am facing low blood pressure problem after reaching out to my company is this b6 12 deficiency or magnesium and potassium deficiency and another question is about nail fungus how to prevent and get rid of them and Antireflective glasses or blue cut glasses which one is best for those working on days and nightboth

For vitamine D you need D3 and must be taken with magnesium, medium chain oil and have enough k2 with it... You can use infrared with near infrared if your are in thr north but you will need to put an hour of your time.
