This no-bake homemade Bounty bark recipe is here to fix your sweet craving!
The Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine 100g desiccated coconut with 100g of sweetened condensed milk
You can add 1/2 tsp vanilla paste or extract to enrich the flavor
Mix with a spatula until well combined
Line a pound cake pan with parchment paper or use a silicone form. Spread the coconut mixture evenly on the bottom
Use a glass or a measuring cup to press the batter down firmly and create a smooth and compact layer
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it using a double boiler or the microwave
Pour the melted dark chocolate over the coconut layer spreading it evenly with a spatula
You can shape the coconut mass into more classic Bounty bars and dip them in chocolate but the bark form is way easier and quicker
Leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm and set
