Materials:
-2 liters OLYMPUS Milk of Life 3.7%
-320 gr. sugar
-160 gr. niste or cornflour
-2 vanillins
-120 gr. mist
Implementation:
Put 1.5 liters of OLYMPUS Milk of Life 3.7%, the sugar in a saucepan, mix and leave until it boils.
Meanwhile, pour 500 ml of OLYMPUS Milk of Life 3.7% into a bowl, sift it and mix.
Once the milk has boiled, pour the starch mixture into the saucepan and stir well until it thickens and bubbles.
Add the vanillins and mix.
Put a 24 cm non-stick pan on the fire and spread the steam.
Pour in the cream little by little and wait for about 5-7 minutes until the cream starts to bubble.
Let it cool completely and put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Unmould by inverting the pan on a plate.
