🏡📈Beginner’s guide to Break Into Property
So I was putting together my free course I am going to give away on property deal trading then I had a call with a client who is looking to get started on the property mentorship launching this month.
He shared with me he is looking to get into property and was considering ABNB as he has some free time after graduating recently. I understood his sentiment and shared with him what I believed the IDEAL way was for a beginner to get into property as follows:
Month 1 - Property Deal Trading. Every transaction in property starts with a trade, the trade either involves the homeowner, an agent or another sourcer. Now it is crucial, as an aspiring property investor you learn how to deal with the parties above as well as how to generate your own deals for free so you are not overpaying on fees & getting missold deals that dont stack.
Month 2 - Advanced Deal Trading; now this is my own twist on property investing. Deal trading, frankly is simple but difficult. You are essentially a commission only salesman chasing down leads. It’s not my preference, I am more of an attractor so I figured out how to invest in social media to generate inbound direct to homeowner leads. This is how I generate the majority of my deals, so it would be disingenuous if I didn’t include it in a mentorship.
Month 3 - Making your first investment; This could easily be a 3 YEAR journey and for most, even me it essentially was however that’s the benefit of mentorship ay fast track.
By this point you have an understanding of how to generate and close deals through free & paid methods.
You have more capital and market experience to go into an investment and you can decide whether that’s something you want to do now or double down on the above.
In the strategy of R2R although you can make quick cash deal trading, the money really is in taking on a good deal and having it cashflow around £1000 per month in profit.
It can be more and it can be less, however that is the reality of R2R ABNB.
