How to make cheese at home
Put milk on the stove, heat it warm, add rennet and stir, let stand for 1 hour.
Slice cheese and heat until lumps form. Take off the stove and put in the cheese pan. Lay under the load. Let it rest for at least 3-4 hours. Can be stored in brine.
