Our bodies are super smart and have had a lot of time to figure out why they do what they do. In this video we throw out those mnemonics and poems in exchange for a look at the bigger picture and recognizing that our bodies do exactly what we expect them to when exposed to certain circumstances and medications. No more DUMBELLS for me.
