Can only speak personally, but game has gotten significantly easier once I turned 30. I honestly don't think there is much rationale behind it, simply instinct - I lived longer, therefore have proven stronger genes relative to younger guys. Money and resources help too, but are not a necessity. What matters is making her FEEL like you have resources. If you can cue the father figure image in her mind, she will become attracted. I didn't believe it when I used to hear it, but game truly gets easier after 30. It's honestly kind of trippy and has gotten easier with every progressing year. The only thing that becomes a detriment is motivation to keep going out and dealing with college aged children.

Game doesn't change. The principles always apply. When you're 25 you're attractive to 25yos. When you're 50 you're attracted to 25yos. This is to do with fertility. IE nature designed it that way. As you know you can have kids most of your life but raising a kid beyond about 45 will be a harder and you'll have a bigger age gap with your offspring of course - they'll have an older parent. As guys we have way more flexibility and women accommodate this out of necessity.

What I have realized, as a 43 years old guy, is that what really matters for women is how they perceive you, no how old you are. If you are a 43 years old guy with a healthy appearance, in good shape, well dress and with a young spirit, most of these young women will no have problem to date you. In contrast, if you don't take care of yourself and looks like a wreck, you will have problems to attract younger women unless you have a lot of money.
