Me neither. I've used it in what I thought was it's literal form in text messages many times. No one ever acted like they thought I was being passive aggressive. The more you know I guess. Hahaha

I actually think it probably depends on the context of the conversation. Now that I think about it, I've seen it used passive aggressively. I think most people would know if you text a thumbs up after they say, I'll be there in an hour, that you don't mean it passive aggressively.
