*UPDATE PLEASE READ* My Gold's Gym Stride Trainer 410 lasted less than a year. My Gold's Gym Stride Trainer 510 lasted LESS THAN A WEEK. I made the mistake of trying to go cheap and paid the price. I now have a SOLE E20 from Dick's Sporting Goods. It was $848. It does not make ANY noise, does not wobble, & no screws have come loose.

Wow! Thank you for the help!! That was the trick for my Gold's Gym elliptical! It's quiet again!! I kept moving mine which I'm sure loosened the bolts a bit. I'm keeping it in one place now for sure!

7 years with our GG Stride 380 No issues. Did replace the right pedal after our dog chewed on it lol

Nice job in finding the problem and fixing it so quickly! They just came out with a Gold's Gym Stride Trainer 350 Elliptical for $270 which so far has good reviews I was thinking about getting!

+sendthosepixma Yeah I did buy the Gold Gym 350 Elliptical! I think it's great and I like it a lot! I've had it for 1 1/2 years and no problems! Only minor thing is it squeaks sometimes times but when it does just spray some WD-40! I had Wal-Mart put it together and I bought a warranty too!

Just purchased a pre owned golds gym 510 today makes exact same sound was actually going to spray some lithium grease down the cracks , woops should of known better thanks 👍

get some blue locktite and use it on the fasteners next time you tighten them I use it on my Harley

Thank you for commenting! I have now updated the description in all of my Gold's Gym videos. I solved the problem of the screws - I booted the Gold's Gym & no longer have that problem at all ;)

That squeaking is not coming from there. it is coming from where the front stand and rear stand attache to the machine. It is metal on medal that you are hearing. I have one of these and I cut sections of a yoga mat and placed this as padding between the feet and where they attach to the frame. Quiet as a mouse now! Your next problem will be a ticking noise...solved by the lifting the hood and spraying WD-40 on the wheel axels.

I have the 595 too and havent a clue. Got it used. Dusty usty! And loud sound is coming from the back wheel. I still have to get batteries. Dont know if that will help.

can you tell me if you have lost any weight using this machine? its on sell at my local walmart and I am wanting to buy it. also does it have a calorie counter?

Yes, I have, but it was in combination with decreasing my calorie intake. This machine does have a calorie counter which you will appreciate ;)

***** The weight limit is 250 pounds. But, the problem with this machine is the continued squeaking. The bolts come loose and we have to tighten them every two months. I use it every day and it works great, but you need to be comfortable with removing the top cover & tightening the bolts when needed.
