I googled but couldn’t find what these products are dupes for. The reviews were not that great to be honest. It seems like a product marketed as luxury but in reality.. just a regular product. How can this all be the same as luxury but be vegan? Also, just cause it’s made in the same factory doesn’t mean it’s the same quality ingredients. 🤷🏻‍♀️

You pay for a subscription, get the “retail value” deducted from your monthly “allowance”, and you pay for “discounted” price and shipping. Lol it’s definitely not as inexpensive as i thought. Also, if you want to buy more than your allowance allows, you have to buy a better subscription. Cassandra’s code didn’t seem to make my allowance more like i thought. Lots of products have fragrance too...

I’ve been a beauty pie member for a few months and I’m sitting on a nice allotment rn ready for the holidays lol. I like their stuff, definitely has the luxurious, sensorial experience going on. But it’s not just some cents added into the price based on membership cost. When you do the math, you pay $10 to purchase $100 worth of items in their MSRP price, not the price you pay.For example, say you buy a serum that is $70 MSRP but sold for 12.99... you add 7+12.99= 19.99. That’s what you’re really paying. Not just a few cents more... and remember these are all “luxury” items so the MSRP will be high.

@@sharilynmccracken5933 all the more reason she shouldn't mind disclosing it. for people who don't "know this brand," the title intentionally makes it sound like she is going to expose beauty pie; in what world does, "what no one will tell you about beauty pie" translate to "AD: here is some information that you can find on every piece of marketing and advertising about this brand" - especially on a channel which uploads dedicated videos exposing brands? i'm not trying to attack cassandra, I like her, I watch every one of her videos. but id respect her a lot more if she clearly stated the video was an ad at the start of the video at the very least. the FTC laws are not in place for people who "know this brand," they are in place for impressionable youth and those unfamiliar with this type of marketing.

I wish this had captions, I couldn't understand the interview at all. The product tossing is also incredibly distracting, captions would help with that too because they keep you focused. This is all just basic inclusivity for people with various disabilities (deafness or hard of hearing, attention span issues, etc.) but also people whose first language isn't English (like me)

I’ve been a member ($10/m level) for few months and I’ve been very happy with most of products. I usually place an order every other month. It’s just fun to to be able to try different products at such affordable (relatively) price. For me, wash off products are where it’s at - they get washed away so I don’t want to spend too much, but i like nice cleansers. Beautypie is a perfect place for that. Please do a dupe video!!

I'm 41 and I have extremely dry skin. I have for so many years looked for a lotion/cream that worked and at last I found one that have changed my skin. Soap and glory the righteous butter. Its amazing and ill never look back long as they are available

I didn't LOVE her answer about the shampoos, but I'll back anyone who wants to overthrow luxury skincare brands. Enough is enough. There is a multi-billion dollar market resting comfortably on keeping us all feeling unworthy and insecure. It's good enough that 'the rich' can afford luxurious cosmetic treatments and procedures. Let us peasants have a little something, too. We work hard enough for it! I deserve to have good skin AND be able to save up for a holiday.

Gets excited. Goes to the site. Realises they don't deliver stuff to my country. Cries. But hey, it's really cool that aomething like this exists. It's about time the luxury brands started to ... well, die :D Consumers are more and more educated about the ingredients and the industry and we won't get fooled that easily to buy their overpriced products. Selling products for such a high prices, when the real cost is like only 10% of the price, should be illegal.

Cassandra, lemme ask a question. Why do you always throw the products up in the air? Is it to have a quirk thats like unique to you or something? Is extremely odd and im sure its a turn off for some people because 1) we afraid itll fall and maybe break, and 2) like why? And maybe once or twice its fun, but like 45 times a video is just annoying and distracting. Can you please just relax a little bit while sharing your extensive knowledge.

im confused, youve highly criticized brands in the past for "copying" formulas/products for example kylies spf and supergoop saying its unethical. How is this different? Personally it doesn't bother me, ill take the cheaper dupe anyday. Im looking into this

I think the biggest difference is cost factor. If one brand copies the formula of another for the exact same, minutely lower, or even higher price would be unethical, but if a brand is transparent about using similar formulas but cutting out costly steps to provide more accessible products to a bigger audience ultimately benefits the consumers more than the industry

The membership levels and monthly limit is confusing. This is compounded since the MSRP and 'actual' costs both factor into the final tally of cost and limits. I'd like to see more transparency in how much consumers pay out of pocket, and how many units we can actually get per month for the membership fee.

Yes PLEASE do a dupes piece! I already subscribe to Beauty Pie and their Uber Youth Re-elastic serum is incredible. ALSO what do you think about them selling beauty supplements? It was my understanding that ingested collagen for instance wasn't efficacious because it would be spread so thinly in your body as you can't tell it where to go? Thanks lovely xx

I'm in the UK and discovered Beauty Pie just over a year ago. I found a great skincare ritual that works well for my over 50 skin and I have saved quite a bit of money. The subscription, which you can choose your payment level based on what your skincare ritual includes. I had the 20.00 pcm subscription and realized I was storing up some serious pie bank and lowered mine and went with an annual subscription of 99.00 pcy. As for the products? I've never been happier with my items. I have dry, menopausal, sensitive skin and found what works well for me. Not all items are vegan (Many are), though, all are cruelty-free.

Hi Cassandra, I'm from India and would love you to do a review of the sunscreen products that are available here. India is a home to herbal skincare but sometimes I feel that herbal therapy do not suit us all and while we cannot order stuff from the States or other foreign places due to high shipping charges, we struggle with choosing a good skincare product. Sunscreen is a must for everybody so I'd request you to do a video on it, keeping our Indian brands in mind.
