I don't know why this hasn't gotten more attention. I've loved this little series, and it's a stepping stone for figuring out what type I REALLY am, and to learn more about the types for integration and disintegration!

I have been studying the Enneagram for a few years now but have not really gotten into the Harmonic or Hornevian triads or the instincts so I'm happy to cover this subject in more depth. Thanks for your clear and concise explananations.
This video should go before the breakdown of each triad in the playlist :). Great videos, maybe because you’re a fellow one, but I’ve been breaking down every video into a master outline for Enneagram and more specifically each personality type!
This is very helpful. The Enneagram diagram is this almost 'dreamcatcher' looking thing that seems a little confusing at first glance. These triads really help break it down into something easier for people to understand. I guessed where type 5 was right away in each one. It's interesting to me that the group of types I test out as 5 wings 4 and 9 are the same ones as the triads for coping with stress.
