📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
350 g all-purpose flour (2 3/4 cups)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
5 egg yolks
80 g powdered sugar (2/3 cup)
180 g butter (6.3 oz)
1 tbsp vanillin sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Grated zest of a lemon
Cream:
750 g quark or cottage cheese (3 cups)
130 g sugar (2/3 cup)
1 egg
Grated zest of a lemon
Topping:
5 egg whites
5 tbsp sugar
Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake the cake for 20 minutes, then another 10 minutes.
Use a 33cm x 29cm (13" x 11.5") baking pan
