Terrific video! What helped me the most was to keep my shoulders back to avoid the computer/old lady slump. Once I was no longer hunched over, the symmetry of my jump rope form naturally fell into place. I practiced by standing in front of a mirror and pulled my shoulder blades back and then pulled in my lower abs. At first it felt like I was jutting out my chest (!!!) but in the mirror it just looked like my entire spine was perfectly aligned. This shows that you shouldn't rely on how good jump rope form feels - a mirror or a camera is necessary - because years of bad form will feel normal.

Haha definitely not an old lady slump! Many people suffer from this and it's something I have to be conscious of as well because I work from a car as an appraiser. Another great way to help fix this is doing more pulling exercises like row variations. Our posterior chain muscles are very strong (like the back) but often get neglected for the "vanity" muscles that we see in the mirror. Moral of the long winded response....double down on your back! 👍
