The head joke was most likely an inside thing. Hager trained in tons of gyms and probably has hung out with Lambert at some point and that joke came up. Or it was an MMA locker room joke that got back to Lambert.

They can always hire a pro wrestler with REAL/LEGIT MMA and catch wrestling experience. Someone like Shayna Baszler(trained by Billy Robinson and, yes, she does have a brown belt in bjj) or even Debbie Malenko(trained by Karl Gotch THE GOD OF WRESTLING. She was also a high school wrestler and kid football player). Both those women could do well in AEW I think. And both have done MMA. Okay Debbie done only one mma fighter and it was for this year.

I absolutely love Dan Lambert's rants. "You should give us a PARAAAAAADE!" Who knew an MMA team owner had such a natural charisma for pro-wrestling promos? It's not just because of the gimmick with the self-aware Cornette impersonations, entitledness, and cheap heat. The delivery itself is just so good. He's just got that x-factor for the mic. Makes me think that he should be doing interviews and press conferences for his fighters' MMA bouts too.

Glad to see the boys back together again, they did well to separate them for a bit so when they reunite it just feels right. I wasn't too sure how I felt about this feud at first since I don't expect MMA fighter to be good pro wrestlers but it's been decent so far. The promos are always great at the very least. Cool to see Lambert putting over Sammy ad the only champion in the group. I'm excited to see where this goes!

What I love so much right now, is 2 years later, look at Sammy, he was confident but probably more so arrogant to start, now he is just confident. What working with Jericho has taught him in 2 years is more than he would learn in a lifetime on his own, Jericho is doing for Sammy what Triple H did for Bautista, pushing them to that next level. They still have to put in the work, but Bautista would never have hit his level without Triple H and Flair. Sammy's confidence in and out of the ring is showing and his mic skills are getting to that level he can go solo.

No get one who is a NATIVE OF FLORIDA. And also a LEGIT catch wrestler(ie shooter). Debbie Malenko. She was trained by Karl Gotch. Unlike someone who claims to have two years training with Karl Gotch(ie Guy chase) but IN REAL LIFE only did EIGHT WEEKS WITH GOTCH. Debbie I believe did more than 8 weeks with Gotch. Plus she was a high school wrestler. And did ONE MMA fight this year.

Said it in previous videos with Dan Lambert but he knows how to get heat on himself and others, plus the others within ATT are certainly drawing heat with Masivdal and Paige VanZant regularly proving a factor, of course Page/Sky don't want to be too overshadowed but while I don't see both being potential tag champs the TNT Championship could be something for 1 that leads to a feud between both.
