I'm pretty sure he did families to complete the agreed deals with the sponsors. Trisha even said he started families bc of the contracts with the sponsors. Frenemies started roughly one year ago and Trisha said it was a one year contract so that checks out.

I’m heartbroken Donna is the sweetest person on this planet and I love hearing her tell stories!! I even got a cameo from her the other week and it was the sweetest thing I’ve ever received I truly love her so much!!
