I genuinely believe Dave has more patience than anybody, because he always has to deal with Metallica questions. And being reminded that he was in Metallica.
He is so unpredictable in interviews. Sometimes he's chill, sometimes he's super serious, sometimes he's condescending, it's always a mystery when watching a Dave interview.
pachtobeur metal would be nothing without this man. Metallica wouldn't have made it as far as they did without this man. He wrote four songs off the Kill Em All album.
@@roxannemoser2725 actually he only wrote two songs fully by him self and had credit in other three songs in kill em all. In ride the lightning he only has credit on two songs he didn't write them all by himself and metallica would have been the same even if dave hasn't ever been in Metallica because metallica has a really different style from megadeth so yeah
If you're really gonna equate music to popularity this genre isn't for you, Countdown to Extinction however did peak at #2 but I guess they're no Billy Rae Cyrus lmao
What I love about Dave Mustaine is every interview with him is so interesting. He either is funny, savage, badass, or just serious which makes it that much more enjoyable.
I hear the "Sweet Home Alabama" story, and moments later after this video finishes, I turn on my radio to a local classic rock station and "Sweet Home Alabama" is playing. *cue Twilight Zone theme*
i know, to be honest he still say some shit even in modern times, he is 90% time cool, but sometimes he say completly bullshit, probably his mind is off soemtimes because of drugs
How could you not appreciate this man? He's the most genuine and authentic artist in the music business. No matter what, he'll always say what he thinks. That's a precious and rare quality.
I've been fan of Dave and Megadeth... I'm just as old as Dave. I hope to see him one last time before it's over. Wish I could meet him. 😍 yes love the hair and the aged Dave.
Met and hung out with the man ( and the whole band) back in 93......he's as unfiltered as they get! Outspoken, but really a cool guy! More celebrities and famous musicians can take lessons on how to be real from this man!
I thought metallica, without dave, created the middle part in the four horsemen after they kicked him out. Is it actually so that dave wrote that as well?? I never knew 😰
The first guy I could consider a role model for thrash. First one to show the world what the dark/light side had to offer. All in all. A great band. Regardless of all the hardships. Rock on brothers and sisters!!!!!
I met Dave once in person & also spoke with him on the phone. All I know is that he was really cool & pleasant with me. It was great to scratch meeting him off of my “mental” bucket list. Thanks Dave!....please don’t stop what you’re doing & be safe on the road!!! “I am a Victory!!!” 🤘🏻
It just amazes me how ppl meet and change their lives forever...I played in bands from 15 up but never really played with talented ppl until I was 27 and was the band I toured with! But still no cigar!
