The Flinch Reflex can be all-consuming for some boxers, especially those beginning boxing. In this video I want give beginner boxers 5 boxing tips to make the flinch reflex work for you.
The 5 boxing Tips are:
Tip 1 - Learn how to box using boxing drills
Tip 2 - Remain Compact in Range
Tip 3 - Use Your Peripheral Vision
Tip 4 - During boxing training take part in technical and controlled sparring
Tip 5 - Take Part in Open Sparring
I also tell you a short story about an amazing man called Harry Patch, a veteran of the trenches of World War I and how he could identify fellow veteran in civilian life by the flinch reflex kicking in.
