I've drank copious amounts of alcohol and have a great memory. I do eat all of these foods regularly though. Must be a despite rather than cos of type of thing
@@Anamalainn unfortunately yes. Enjoy yourself while you can. Eventually your kidneys and liver will stop having fun. They stop being happy suddenly and there’s no going back.
We need more people telling us truth like Eric. Just finished reading "The 23 Former Doctor Truths" by Lauren Clark. It is fascinating how society gets lied by Industry.
Eric is not telling the truth, in fact he openly lies. The book you mention is a made up book. Try reading "Patrick Bateman: Level 10 gyatt", that will change your life.
Fish get EPA and DHA from the algae they eat. You can buy omega-3 supplements derived from pure algae bypassing the fish. Don’t understand why fish keep getting recommended as a source when they’re just a carrier and there are issues with fish consumption like over-fishing and mercury levels.
And blueberries, Grapes & even cherries are heavily pesticide laden . All kind of chemicals are added pre harvest to protect crops & post harvest to increase shelf life . Same for dry fruits like Cashew & Walnuts . They get insects very fast . So they are coated in chemicals to avoid. insects & worms. From farm to wholesale warehouse to distributors to retailer -- the process takes long,-- weeks & even months. Fruits & veggies rotting n insect infestation is a major risk during this period
1:44 You can easily tell that she's reading a teleprompter without buying a word she's saying. Also, her teleprompter doesn't say anything about sugar spikes from the grape juice.
@@barrywest9456 my Siri is promiscuous with her punctuation and throws commas and apostrophes around like they’re confetti. I do voice to text so I give Siri all the blame.
About 2 weeks of fructose from natural grape juice should not make much of a difference. 2- 3 cans of any soda drink or processed & packaged juice is far more concerning. And many people guzzle soda drinks & packaged juices almost on a daily basis
What were the A1C deltas of participants high on fructose for 12 weeks? What is the cost of 500 ml of real grape juice and what's the income of participants?
Avoid anything packaged as far as possible. Processing & storage robs such products of their nutrients. Plus there are plenty additives to make these palatable & tastier as well as color , preservatives & what not. Read labels & check online for details of additives
@@Monicalala exactly. What is going to be their long term cognitive change? It’s impossible to pick one item out and say yes, this is fantastic and that is horrendous.
when I was young I always ate unhealthy. Now a days I eat healthy, but what is really healthy. Maybe the carnivore diet is the true diet? who knows. I love dark chocolate, 100% cacao I dont eat sweets, processed foods, or ever get a take a a ways
Well, that's obvious, isn't it? Remember: correlation doesn't mean causation; the true reason is GLUCOSE. The improvements the video mentions come from less sugar in the brain. Strawberries and blueberries are super low in carbohydrates; in fact, berries are the only fruit allowed in keto diets.
You don't eat fish because the oceans are dying? It's far more effective to fight capitalism and eat fish is not a particularly efficient way of doing this unless it's done by a really large and well organized group
WHERE ARE THE EGGS????????????????????????????????????? Just eat anywhere between 3 to 6 eggs a day, over-easy, not over-cooked, is the same as eating all these things. That's what I eat. I do eat a lot of fruits and veg also, but eating eggs is plenty, easy, and less hassle than having to collect all these bits and pieces
3- 6 eggs a day is high in cholesterol for people who are not high on physical activity. It increases the risk of heart disease . Thru the day a person could be having other foods containing cholesterol & that adds to total cholesterol consumed in a day.. ' Adults need 300 milligrams of dietary cholesterol per day. One egg has about 186 mg of cholesterol in the yolk '
@@nouvel0001 Cholesterol has been DEBUNKED. The benefits of eating eggs NEGATES the effects of BAD cholesterol. PROVEN FACT. I have been eating eggs this way for over 30 years, and it's been the best thing for me, and I am middle age with no health problems, barely any grey hair, and smooth skin
Is this a re-upload, changed a bit? I could swear I watched a very similar vid from BBC Global a few days ago. Also I get the presenter isn't English but please BBC, ensure pronunciation is correct! It's 'poly-phenols', not 'pul-ephanols'.
Americans can't afford to get healthy foods....picles raw 10-12 dollars a jar....bluberries 8 $ a pint....grapefruit is 4-6 $ for ONE ...walnuts are 9-15 and up per lb.......poor ppl are screwed again
