Hi !
World of Warcraft has a rich history of content and gameplay, most of which can still be found within either the live retail version, or alternatively, the Classic version.
In this video we will take a look at two Islands, whose content is among the minority of removed content that was never brought back, in any version of the game

Varian isnt dead, he is alive and well in my garrison. We hangout all the time. (i refuse to do the shipyard questline)

One more thing, there are a continuation to the missing diplomat quest line "Survey Alcaz Island" that have you fly a griffon to survey the Alcaz Island (its from patch 2.5.1 in BC) then you come back Jaina have some RP dialogs how she had arranged for a secret summit between Warchief Thrall and King Wyrnn, in Theramore, But the ship never arrived, and King Wrynn disappeared. So it confirm that the missing diplomat was King Wrynn. So it look like Blizzard did continue to build on the missing diplomat quest line, but then say fuck it and did bring King Wrynn back widout the players helpe in Wotlk.

That makes sense, Dustwallow Marsh was also one of the original zones that received a mini-rework in The Burning Crusade

Before the t0.5 set, the second island. I couldnt find Information in years... but i wasnt crazy remembering the named npcs at around level 30... thanks so much

actually the island with the stormpike and worgen do have a purpose, its part of the Orkus the Kingslayer quest chain where you sneak on the island to find out what the alliance has planned. you have to grab some battle plans then escape but Orkus stays behind to fend off the elites and probably dies while you escape on his mount. its part of a larger set of quests you start by role playing as a Quest NPC and meet three "players" with Orkus being one of them. his catchphrase is "Can you smell what the lok'tar is cooking".

would love to see a video on the rarest items that vanilla 2005 players sought after back then. Like first mate hat, chromatic sword etc. Maybe you can dig up lesser known items that i don't know of, nice video 8)

One thing i remember vividly is dueling inside cities, reember dueling outside bank in IF , thats when i learned that warriors wasnt paladins without healing, they actually do damage! (I was pala with full t2,looked badass)

I remember going out to this island and clearing to him as a UD shadow priest using MC etc. I was VERY confused why the King of the Alliance was there 😆 No one in my guild had answers and I just let it go
