Zven and berserker are like watching a father with his adopted son. They are so funny. Also I am suprised that C9 has a solid winrate against eastern teams and just in general. Obviously scrims are scrims, but it shows they arent incompetent and that they are willing to draft better as a team. The BootCamp must have definitely helped

Definitely was worth staying up as an East coaster, between the close TL game and C9 win over mad. Didn't bother to stay up / wake up for NRG tbh, because I already kinda felt like I knew how most of their games would play out, unfortunately.

It's not that bad imo since it's happening so early in the swiss. Regional pairs in round 2 mean that the round 3 Bo3 advancement/elimination matches are less likely to be regional matchups i.e. we won't see a 0-2 TL vs a 0-2 NRG playing to knock each other out, same with DK vs KT. However it does mean that we will see one LCK team systematically eliminating every other team that falls down to 2 losses, including the NA loser.

We're still fairly likely to see two 2-0 LPL teams face off for advancement though, since they got all four teams in the 1-0 bracket.

China is absolutely known to sandbag scrims and use them to find information about teams rather than actually scrim. They also colluded at one worlds and shared information among only the Chinese teams. LPL is always sketchy, guarantee there's a sketchy ass pause in the Semifinals / Finals (FNC Pause) and then the LPL team suddenly wins. Has happened like 3 times now lol
