AWESOME!! On this 3DMachines vlog we get started with something Epic! I purchased a huge new engine. Yes Massive hp upgrade! 600cc 2-stroke twin cylinder motor. I brought the Gator back for the last time. This isn't anything like motocross or supercross. But it is an insane machine that is going to Ripppp! Braaap ! Thanks for all the support!

Those 580’s are tough little engines, especially with the EFI made them really go for there time. I still own and ride a ZR 580 once in a while just to keep it going. I wish mine had the EFI like my buddies has.

I’d keep the oil injection on for ease of use, but that’s just me. Now I know what everyone will say, oil injection isn’t reliable and my sled blew because of it, I got 17000 on my sled with the original oil pump and never had an issue and have been the only owner of the sled, if they weren’t good they wouldn’t put em on the sled.

Hey man take the secondary clutch pulie off the sleds gear box and put it on the gater, both clutches need to have the same ramp (angle) for the belt to work properly.

My dad saw one of these 20 years ago and bought it only his was a a straight seat like a ATV, he spent $$$$ on that piece of crap just to find out that it had a special built motor by Kawasaki in it that they didn't sell parts for it and neither did John Deere so now it sits in the pasture in the pile

whats your plan to keep a liquid cooled sled motor cool with no snow hitting the heat exchangers? you have some sort of fan and radiator to put on it?

Dalton you need the 1/4 impact driver for small bolts and a 3/8 impact driver for the rest. Faster than a ratchet. Just a thought

I hope you know with them cats you have to use the whole wiring harness plus it won't run with out the key unhooked! You should of got a skidoo 583! They make a lot of power and there more reliable motors!

efi sled engine that aught to be fun getting running in somthing else a carb engine wouldve been so much easier and its bored over and im sure the previous owner didnt get the efi adjusted so most likely running lean but it could be fine since lots of older sleds ran rich, and 4 pulls on an efi sled somthing is plugged up my sled takes 2 on a cold day.
