The single or collective "Nya - ah - ah from the Stooges is something I vocalize everyday. It's simply a part of me! Thank-you, Moe Larry & especially Curly!
I adore the Stooges and think the weird reality (their "universe" if you will) that they inhabit is in need of further study. The idea that some guy randomly drew a face on a helium balloon and stuffed it in a chest amuses me more than it should. I mean, he had no idea Curly, or anybody else for that matter, would come along to be spooked by it.
There Bashaleebee-Curly copied his boss, Ted Healy, in the drinking department, which is why he eventually fell ill and suffered the stroke that led to his premature end as a Stooge, and early death. Even while filming this episode he would find the nearest nightclub, and stay out late drinking the night away, and would stagger into the studio, obviously hung over.
@@kevinmiller6380 Unfortunately, he never found sobriety. Doesn't make him less of a genius and beloved by many. I'm a recovered alkie. 25 years. People are still dying from that substance and families torn apart.
That's true at 1:00 and at 1:40 so hilarious!!! The guy was a genius. He should've gotten paid the most money. He made the show. But I love them all the same.
I went to high school with American actor, singer, dancer Bebe Neuwirth (Cheers, Frazier, Law & Order, Madam Secretary, etc). She was a big Stooges fan, which was uncommon. Most women don't like the Stooges.
In my humble opinion, the funniest man that ever lived. I LOVE Curly Howard. There are only a few true comedy geniuses. Charlie Chaplin, Stan Laurel, Buster Keaton, Robin Williams. Curly is their King.
Same short with Curly at the graveyard and Vernon is about to clunk him on the cranium but the phone rings and Curly answers and says call for Mr Black and then Vernon goes I am Phillip Black Curly goes phone sir and then Curly clucks Vernon on his hat and takes off,🙂😍
I see so many things other than comic “genius” here or in any 3 stooge clips…..maybe it was the time, maybe it just me…..but this simply is NOT funny as an adult in any way whatsoever and cannot figure out how people even chuckle at them …. I sound like a lot of eh lmao? I just don’t see it man……
