We'll see what we can do! We're trying to make sure we talk about fuel economy for each vehicle, and we'll work in a way to add the MPG equivalent as an on-screen graphic.
Halogens on pretty much every car are pretty awful. At least if they opted for projector-based over reflector it might help improve it somewhat, but ideally Xenon or LED works the best.
I can't comment on the newest models for pickups but I am lucky to be able to drive in a lot of company pickups for my work. Overall I feel that F150 excel in quiet cabin, great handling, and the most stable one in rough road or fully loaded conditions. Stuff like features, gas mileage, power, payload etc, they are generally comparable between RAM and Silverado. I have to say though, RAM is the most unreliable one. I do agree with you about the headlights, it is garbage. Silverado and RAM both have standard LED DRL but not F150, I believe Silverado also has standard HID headlights on all trims.
We're hoping to be able to try out the rest of them if/when they're available on the fleet out here. I think we missed the boat for the Silverado and Sierra, but we'll see if our Mopar guy will have any 1500s on their fleet for summer.
On a side note the reason all these pickups so expensive now is because back then pickups was only built to haul cargo, not passengers or luxury so was dirt cheap. Now they add all kinds of fancy techs, luxuries, cabin space etc making them expensive. In my opinion is so not necessary because if you want luxuries and comforts plus cargo space, could of just buy a full size SUV for that. Instead they made pickups becoming less and less affordable for some that just need it to haul.
Perpetual Radio Networks yes fog lights give a nice low range visibility but at least here in Italy is forbiden use fog lights if there's no fog. I dont know the reason...
I've heard that about Europe also, when we had the CB7 Accord a lot of Euro-owners would ask why us North Americans were so interested in having them on all the time.
