Brook could NEVER get enough credit. Bro always pulls through when nobody else can. Any time he's on screen he's ether enjoying some well deserved companionship after a lifetime of nonleyness or risking it all to help his friends. Going toe to toe with big mom, getting the rubbing, Smashing the picture, not to mention always being Robins guardian skeliton, and generally always being at the right place at the right time and haveing a good plan. While he can be a real loose cannon who isn't on the straw hats.

Oda used to look at theories and it made him want to put more easter eggs in the story and share less because he was so impressed with peoples theories and guesses, but he realized its bad for the story cause he wants everyone to be able to access it and not just play games with his theory community and got off of reading peoples thoughts

yeah chopper was blocking cp0 attacks back in eneis lobbies he always been a good fighter and durable fs but i think the threat of the gorosei is that they’re immortal and there’s five of them but also the losing condition isn’t losing the fight it’s the message not getting out so this arc i think is a bit different then just the next most powerful person but it’s tru that oda never goes back in progression i just realized im rambling but thats what one piece does to a person

I don't think there's ever been a more thematically appropriate cover spread for a chapter called "Stalemate" than Robin using the other Straw Hats as chess pieces. And I want an actual chess set. And then play Luffy as the Queen and Nami as the King. I'm underwhelmed by Punk Records. I expected it just to be bits of grey matter everywhere, piled high in different mounds. Like a junkyard, landfill, or sand dunes of just brains. I love that this is an allegory to real life with the poles melting and rising sea levels. Also, I saw Morgans' line translated as "print news is dead.” I mean Vegapunk has now basically created radio and TV news. I think by the end of the arc, this will be the most we've seen the Straw Hats hurt as a collective. We know Robin's pretty hurt, Sanji is likely going to be pretty hurt even with his exoskeleton, Luffy and Zoro always seem to get badly hurt. I am curious about Rayleigh's reaction because I think that will give us a big hint as to what Roger saw. For instance, if he says "So the news is finally out" that tells us he already knew, which I can totally see Rayleigh saying.

Saturn was introduced with telekinesis that paralyzed people as powerful as Sanji, exploded peoples' heads who looked at him, and had venom on his spider-legs that melted futuristic architecture like acid. All of these things seemingly do not exist now. Kaidou barely damaged a little girl in an open field. Tama and Speed were both fine like two days later after Kaidou discovered and attacked them directly.

I suppose it makes sense that the Gorosei aren't up to snuff. These men have spent decades (possibly centuries if they've gained immortality from the Ope-Ope no Mi) sitting on their asses and relying on the powers of their Devil Fruits. Which, to be fair, seem to be enough to handle anyone of Warlord caliber at least. Also, using their CP 0 and Divine Knights for protection and proactive duties.

Of all the strawhats teamup I think Sanji and Franky is the best bc it's all kicks and punches and it's basically a brawl fight beatdown which is good.
