I agree. It's incredibly politically convenient to do the 500th movie about Jim Crow - but considering the depth and diversity of African history and mythology, it would be great to finally have those stories told rather than the ones politicians and media grifters want on repeat.

What parts of that culture do you carry with you today? The language? Clothing? Religion? Customs? Anything?

ROFL Mf-Wolf a lot of these RU-vid videos being developed by non-Africans are highly inaccurate, where they go by skin tone. if they are dark automatically Nubian (wish is false) if they are light automatically Egyptian, and I could give you names to look up to prove that. Before Nubia/Kush it would have been called Ethiopia, which King Oxana is going to combine with the kingdom of Askum when he invades. ROFL Clavis before I go if you are African, you know Nubia would not have been full of dark-skinned people, and People in Egypt would have been all lighter skinned like he portrays in the video. African has a lot of variances, and most Europeans don't know that. It's some Nubian King and Queens you can google hit images, then Egyptians who are actually darker in some cases.

@@Sipho_Thenjwayo Haiti was a French colony, and it was the British who funded the hugely expensive project of stopping slavery worldwide. If anything, the British directly benefited from France losing it's Haitian colony, not only because France was it's competition, but because they got a bigger share of the sugar export market afterwards Britain also did not have slaves on it's territory, only in colonies, they never had a resettlement program. Maybe learn some history.
