I just want you to remind to never give up on playing chess and improving because you will have bad times when you will see no improvement in your games and actually you will have moments when your rating will drop by some points. I started to play chess much more when the pandemic started and I think that I was rated like 1600 and now I reached 2000 rating, it was hard, but I did it. I am being honest right now, I did not even think that I can get that far with my rating, I thought 2000 rating is something extremely hard to achieve, but it seems that if you put work and if you love what you are doing then it's not going to be hard.
@@samarianowrin4740 but I am only able to rach 900 in 3 months and still trying to improve and reach 1000 but it I getting very hard to reach 1000 as whenever I try hard the result only comes out to be a decrease in my rating😥
@@rajeshbittu9924 1. Do at least 20 puzzles a day. 2. No more than 5 rapid matches a day, no blitz or bullet as you don't get enough time to make good moves. 3. Learn tactics and fundementals. 4. Don't try crazy openings like the scandinavian, try the italian or the vienna. 5.No sicilians or openings which involve high skill and intense theory. 7. To spice things up, learn new openings like the caro-kann, french, dutch, london, stonewall, but don't overdo it. 8. Try out strategies. 9. Take lessons or watch useful chess videos by people like IM Levy Rozman. 10. Learn your endgames. 11. Play solidly, and calculate at least 3 moves in the future (5 is ideal). 12. Analyse your games. 13. Don't have any distractions and have full focus while playing. 14. Don't worry about your rating! It doesn't mean you have gone worse, it only means you are not in shape. 15. Combine this, and you should progress to the 1000s.

I actually think Gotham foresaw it first. They all saw the way to block it with the bishop, which should have been the obvious move, but Gotham is so experienced with low-level players he knew they'd blunder it.
