no it's called actually touching the vrm while being stressed test. Obviously i don't have a thermal couple setup, but i am certain that if it's not hot to the touch, it's still safe (probably under 50) Let's just say i have like two one big ass cooler and a noctua fan. It's also a 6+2 phase, unlike my previous board which is a 4+2 phase. Some Budget X370-X570 motherboard uses this same 6+2 phase vrm. People have tested the same vrm setup, and it works fine. Ryzen 7 3700x only produces 85w max. The only issue i am having is that my bigass cooler is not cooling the ryzen enough because this climate here is not supporting. It runs 75° with a Cryorig H7 Lumi, Noctua fans, so it's not boosting correctly. It's not going to overwhelm the VRM anydays. What will overwhelm the VRM is a ryzen 9. I have done my research before this purchase. It's either getting a x570 mini itx, which costs 300 (same as the ryzen.) or the b450 and 16gb of ram.

Some hardware unboxed too, obviously. This b450 board is wayy better than my msi b350.
