Working for employers like this is what gave me the motivation to go self employed. Being self employed and in complete control over your income. You can't trust anyone, but yourself.
Same here . I make 35K selling clothes internationally that I make BY MYSELF and now people want me to quit that out of spite and jealousy because they don't got the balls to put hard work and effort into a honest business .

My family thought I should get a job when I wasn't getting work for a while. As always I didn't listen and now I'm busy again and I think I now know how to get the work in. Unfortunately knowone knows what it's like being self employed and so when it gets tough they advise you to do the easy thing when all you need to do is work hard, know your own situation and you will be fine.
In the first video he shorted the other employee on his check, now his way to clean up his whole mess is to fire the other employees. Damn this idiot seems like a shady boss.

I work at Lowes I work for pay rate is 11.00 and 8 hr plus 3 day work and I ask for 5 day work equal 40hr they say no and pay checks is very low around 298-300 bi weekly

Your check should be accurate for the amount of hours you work and taxes taken out. If you make 15.00 an hour and work 40 hours a week, your pay would be 1,200 before taxes.
He can sue and win even outside the ending assault. The manager admitted that in the intro and he caused a hostile environment over his feelings. Dude should have stayed calm but he still will win in court.
He's more so mad because his check is short while he's busting his ass at a job that doesn't appreciate him and they fired him because the boss got busted doing bullshit, and this man got bills to pay. It's hard to find a good job. This dude did the same thing with another employee, except the other one was about to hit him because his check was short and the manager was taking advantage of him.
I don’t know if you guys know this but before you guys sign your employers contract. They do have a policy hidden where you’re not allow to take pictures or video tape other employees, procedures, or products. A manager got fired where I worked for video taping someone not working, turns out the employee that was accused of not working was on break.

I got fired today beacause I was sick I miss one day and I called them to to let em know that but nobody answered so I got fired I'm so mad not bcz i got fired but the reason why i got fired i feel like I wanna explode the store.

I worked for a company that was similar to this. I only worked for them six months. Every time I would get paid it would be late or some excuse. I would remind him he supposed to be paid on Friday. Yet something would come up why he couldn’t pay me. Also keep in mind the company filed bankruptcy and hasn’t came out of it yet. It took them 6 months AFTER I quit to fully pay me. That’s why I quit because he would owe me more than what he would pay me but all he could pay me is 1/4 or 1/2. So I got upset and quit.

This was probably for the best tbh. That manager looks like a toxic mess and an absolute nightmare to work for. As long as he got paid the full paycheck, leave and get a new job.
That dude acted like an animal, every once in awhile no matter what company I've worked for, your check fucks up. That's why you keep track of it, show them your personal records, and hash it out. If they were trying to pull a slick one on him, all he had to do was show them that he was on his shit, and they would stop. Something tells me this dude hasn't had that many good jobs in his life by how he's acting and that's probably gonna stay a trend because of this shit
