Late seeing this, but I think a good illustration of my opinion of Titan's character is that we did it all on a handshake. We had nothing in writing until I was retiring, to cut my ties to the company. We both knew this was a huge risk, if we had started with four times as much money we would have been under capitalized, but I had no doubts about Titan's integrity. Jeff Weaver

Hey, I'm a few days behind now but you know I'm always gonna come back for more. I used to listen to this on the way to work and I will on the way to the next shop. As a Canadian things are getting kinda... well... Anyways, what's a common wage for a CNC Operator and a CNC Programmer down there? I know how budgets work here but I'm thinking of moving on possibly.

At the right shop, and the right skills…. $100,000 to $130,000

@@barrysetzer I'm talking average. Here the trade is about $30-38/hr which is $62,400-79,040. The shop I just left was $70,720 and they did over 90% military contracts. That's also all in CAD. if the average wage for the trade is the same down there then I better start packing.

If youre 90% military, look into Blue Origin in Alabama or General Atomics in Mississippi. I cant speak for Blue, but at General Atomics average machinist pay was around $40 an hour with unlimited OT, programmer $100k. And alot of people left GA to go work at Blue. In the US, pay varies alot by state, but i would say average across the entire stars and stripes is around $30 gor a machinist and $70k for a programmer.
