"the healing archives" is a series where i talk openly about my grief. my hope is that through sharing and being transparent, it inspires you to connect deeply with your own emotions, to be transparent with yourself, and to be vulnerable around people you trust and love. in this video i talk about grief support groups and the experience i've had with finding one, and the online support groups i've done recently through zoom because of covid.

Thank you so much.👍🏾 I was going to join a support group for people dealing with loved ones who have dementia and was distracted by our global situation. 😳 As a care provider with minimal support I'm getting goose brain. 🤪 You have encouraged me to manifest a support group. ❤ Thanks again. 👊🏾Stay a strong light to guide those who are in a dark place. 💪🏾p.s. so i really love your hair like whenever i see it i’m like aw so cute and i’ve had long hair my entire life so i was like fuck it it’s quarantine i’m just going to cut it. so um just cut my hair. my mom told me she hates it but that’s okay. i just wanted to thank you for breaking me out of my comfort zone

Just found your channel and you have a really calming voice and i wish you the best for recovery. If you continue to post id love to watch over your journey over the next few years and see you blossom into a more happier soul. Like you I've also lost someone very dear to me unfortunately in 2017 except I haven't had the time to propery grieve and move forward (or more an excuse to avoid it 😅) but maybe as time goes watching you might encourage me to seek help I need and recover alongside you.
