You don't have to remember the exact location, time, that you made a certain decision. The key is questioning different things in your life, and just knowing that there's these different patterns, just becoming aware of the pattern. You don't have to know the exact source of where that pattern comes from. It does help a little bit. But the more you look to that, the more you can then begin to shift your frequency on the inside.
Welcome back to another episode on the daily Vortex Podcast with Aaron Doughty. Today, we're gonna be looking at the wounding that happens, normally, at an early age in childhood, that then leads to these beliefs, that we are not worthy of love, that we aren't worthy or valuable in the world. And that then has us, in a way, feeling trapped inside of ourselves, trapped to not feeling worthy, trapped to being almost like a victim of other people's what they think about us, trying to people-please other people, many of the patterns we have is related to how we view ourselves, how we feel about ourselves. And remember this, what you feel about you is projected out to other people, and other people are responding to you based on what that feeling is. Now, you'll find that the more you feel worthy, the more you feel valuable within yourself, the more you validate yourself, that then other people validate you more as a reflection, that then people view you, they respect you more, and they see you in that way.
So, really this is an inside game, because the outer reality is simply a reflection of the inner reality. And what I wanna do is share with you a little bit of some stories about how I've dealt with my own sense of unworthiness, how I tried to fill it, one, by making lots of, lots of RU-vid videos and in a way, trying to, you know, having this belief, this equation that said, if I add a lot of value to other people, then I'll be worthy. I started to identify with what I was doing in the world, and instead of feeling that sense of worthiness on the inside, just for being me. And I'll share with you, also, I had an energy session a couple of weeks ago, based on the recommendation of a friend of mine, of this person, and basically they were able to, very accurately and easily, tap into my own energy to see, in childhood, when certain things happened.
And it made a lot more sense to me. I'm gonna tell you a little bit about some of the things that we found with that, so that then you can maybe understand how you can look at your own past, and see when the childhood wounding happened, to where you then started to believe that you were not worthy. And realize that that sense of worthiness is reflected in your relationships with other people or your lack of relationships with other people. Your sense of worthiness is intimately tied to how much abundance or money you can make in your life.

Whatever you feel and believe on the inside is what is going to reflect on the outside , so go deep and get rid of all your limiting beliefs and replace them with powerful positive ones🙏🧠

I'm so sorry you experienced all that in your childhood. I'm glad you talk about it, I think it's important we talk about this kind of abuse and the profound effects it has on children and into adulthood. I like to think that the more people heal from their childhood traumas today, the healthier the following generations can be and there can be a collective movement towards better mental health and self-awareness. Hurt people hurt other people. Your step-mother was likely abused as well. This is the story of my family - generations of abuse passed down. I'm the generation who is saying enough is enough.

Everything wrong with my life stems from me feeling so unworthy. It’s why I’ve ruined my life with alcohol. I never felt worthy of health. I’ve done everything I’ve done every single trick in the book I work so hard to try and make myself feel worthy but that feeling just lingers. My parents were very emotionally unavailable and never expressed to me that they cared nothing I did was right or good enough. I never had any confirmation for my existence and just the void of not saying anything it creates doubt. I just want someone to validate me. How do I validate myself?! It’s not working

I know you share the ex-step mom thing a lot, but personally it’s very good for me each time because my situation with my brother and step mom was so so crazy very similar. So it’s definitely not too much for me. Especially when you relate it to different things (like self worth this time).

How does one work on forgiveness? I ask because I had an extreme upbringing like Aaron if not worse. To this day I struggle to forgive my abusers. I guess I am asking because I'd like to be able to help others once I have helped myself. I hope Aaron makes a video on forgiveness soon! :)

You know what aaron? For me this full spotify episode is the most useful for me and became my favorite, you are amazing dude, thank you so much! Now i'm suffering with some serious physical illness but the things that make me can't feel peace is about i still can't solve the childhood trauma puzzles that i had. But then, you!! Remind me with those words that awake me, make me aware! I found my flashback scene and i ask myself is this true that i'm not worthy? Then i also answer:NO! I say i'm not worthy while kid was just because i'm heart broken and to avoid the pain i make false belief that i'm not worthy. I just can't believe it. This is truly amazing shit! I still in progress to eliminate this goody goody nice guy traits in me, sometimes i did it, but sometimes i goes back to the oldtrack. But i know this good sign, i just need a time

Filing your sense of unworthiness is still far better than drinking yourself to death, going on sex binges or manipulating or threatening others. Those are real things that people do. You at least put the energy into a productivity that could even have given you a sense of self esteem as you grew in that skill.

On the divorce thing for kids ... I think what actually happens for many is a tremendous blow of helplessness to stop what feels like a catastrophic event. The unworthiness comes from not being significant enough to prevent the catastrophe. Just a thought.

I heard that healing the third Chakra helps also and this is what narcissist has way too much-needed it over comes their heart Chakra which is whats needed for empathy but their so stuck in the lower Chakras lower intelligence and more with desires and their sacral Chakra is so out of balanced and overblown thats why they feel so entitled and more worthy then so many other people and mostly disregard others unless they have something to gain out of it, their functioning is all about them& projecting their sins onto others as if it erases their sins. And empaths hearts are so big it overpowers the sacral Chakra which makes it smaller so we need to balance the Chakras learned in Christina lopes RU-vid video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lTHvE53uT48.html

Value self, the narcissist wants to use and devalue so they can dis guard you making you feel unworthy. This guy needs some psychology classes, maybe a degree.
