When I was a kid, Tweetie was my mothers favorite. I miss my mom very much.

I am a little tiny bird, my name is Tweety Pie I live inside my birdcage a-hanging way up high I like to swing upon my perch and sing my little song But there's a cat that's after me and won't let me alone I tawt I taw a puddy tat a-creeping up on me I did, I taw a puddy tat as plain as he could be I am that great big bad old cat, Sylvester is my name I only have one aim in life, and that is very plain I want to catch that little bird and eat him right away But every time that I get close to him, this is what he'll say I tawt I taw a puddy tat a-creeping up on me You bet he saw a puddy tat, that puddy tat was me That puddy tat is very bad, he sneaks up from behind I don't think I would like it if I knew what's on his mind I have a strong suspicion that his plans for me aren't good I am inclined to think that he would eat me if he could I'd like to eat that Tweety Pie when he leaves his cage But I cannot get close to him, it throws me in a rage You bet I'd eat that little bird if I could just get near But every time that I approach, this is all I hear I tawt I taw a puddy tat a-creeping up on me I did, I taw a puddy tat as plain as he could be And when I sing that little song my mistress knows he's back She grabs a broom and brings it down upon Sylvester's back So listen you bad puddy tat, let's both be friends, you see My mistress will not chase you if you sing this song for me Come on now, like a good cat Oh alright, sufferin' succotash! He was my favorite character of all time

possibly my all time favorite Looney tune!

My mother bought me a Tweety bird shirt for an Easter outfit when I was 10 years old. I believe this was her covert attempt to feminize me at an early age. Tweety bird was the worlds first transgender cartoon character.

Hawaiian Aye Aye Is the Only Tweety Cartoon Not Directed By Friz Feleng but instead was Directed by Gerry Chiniquy

Tweety bird is probably my least favorite Looney Toons character, but that's just kind of his voice. Other than that he's not that bad. And he's my least favorite because I like all the other looney toons a bit more. But that's just my opinion.

Bob Clampett's Tweety is better than friz's version because he gives Tweety an edge.

*MISSING BIT OF INFORMATION* Tweety would also appear in Space Jam, Looney Tunes Back in Action, Bah Humduck A Looney Tunes Christmas and even The Looney Tunes Show as one of Granny's pets with the other being Sylvester. He would also get some spiritual successors both male and female like Sweetie Bird in Tiny Toons Adventures and King Tweetums in Loonatics Unleashed. Over the years, Tweety would get his voice done by plenty of voice actors after Mel Blanc such as Jeff Bergman, Bob Bergen, Eric Goldberg, Joe Alaskey and Billy West just to name a few.

How is he NOT a CHICK?!

Tweety's cute, but he's not really innocent; he's psychotic! Don't believe me? His episodes consisted of him adorably taunting Sylvester, checking off how many "putty tats" he polished off at the end, and in one way or another he adorably sent Sylvester to his doom.

Tweety wasn't just given a yellow plumage to make him cuter, but because censors complained that the bird was naked (even if he was meant to be a baby bird which are born literally naked). Ironically they didn't complain about Porky not wearing any pants, similiar to Donald Duck but unlike him, Porky is bare naked from his feet to underneath his waist. Then again, Porky doesn't have a visible "pork sausage" so probably that's why he gets away with it.

A Tale of Two Kitty's is probably my favorite Merrie Melodie short because it has smart rubbery animation with really fluid facial reactions with the cats and Tweety and being a very historical appearance for the lovable bird (even if his merciless).

I never thought tweety was cute and I always wanted to see him get eaten.

There was an episode in Looney tunes show (the modern one where the Looney tunes characters are just people living life and doing random stuff) where Sylvester the cat learns that Tweety was in world war 2 with granny then Sylvester asked how old are you and are you a boy or a girl. Then Tweety whispers to Sylvester and Sylvester said "huh, I was wrong" and Tweety winked.

Tweety won them an oscar. Wow! While Tweety Bird is a boy, my Tweety is a girl.

While Daffy Duck is my favorite Looney Tunes character, Tweety is a close second. As someone who loves children, especially animated children with real child voices, I don't need to say I have a weakness for cuteness. When I see Tweety with his giant head and blue eyes, I see so much cuteness that I actually wish he got a child actor every once in a while. Also, because I like Tweety, I am actually disappointed he did not get any of his animation projects into Jerry Beck's book about the 50 Greatest Cartoons. Bugs, Daffy, Proky and Elmer are expected, but no Tweety at all is both shocking and outrageous. Now, I have seen enough of the academy-award winning animation projects to be comfortable with them, but I suppose my #1 favorite animation project with Tweety would have to be All A-Bird, where Tweety and Sylvester are on a train.

I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this but I hate Tweety. He is just so cruel, and in the mystery show when Sylvester final eats him everyone wants to kill him. In my opinion Sylvester is the better character.

I always felt bad for Sylvester he always seemed like the black sheep of granny's pets to me. So I like him better than Tweety.
