That’s called frango com catupiry and it’s shredded chicken with a specialty cheese called catupiry. It’s actually pretty delicious but that guy put the equivalent to 3 pies into that one. Also Ethan’s thrash looks to be banana leaves that can give some good aroma to foods but I’ve personally never tried it in a pizza.

That pizza made my stomach hurt even more then it already does and it hurts really bad.

Judging by the large salt flakes, he's using Maldon salt. It's more mild and used as a finishing salt for proteins to give a pleasant crunch. Though it does jack shit when poured on a dry bun top.

Brazilian guy here! That first pizza was actually chicken with cream cheese and corn. Pizza here can be quite expensive so to make it affordable for the poorer people, some places tend to use cheap ingredients

Brazil has weird combinations for pizza where some work. The pizza in this video is chicken corn and cheese,and something that takes a while to get used to. The texture of the the cheese is so weird. I had it and at the end I liked it over banana pizza.
