With all the high prices to camp these days, it was a great relief when I finally find a free little campground in New Brunswick Canada. But I also found a kindred spirit in the owner of the Shire, a man who understands that not everything in life has a price tag. What I discovered here delighted, enraged and gave me lots of hope. I also share philosophies with Don Wilbur, and am introduced to the medicinal qualities of chaga. Along with camping, I also visit the World's Highest Tide at Hopewell Rocks, get angry at Cape Enrage, share a laugh in a cemetery, discover a new fruit, make new friends and find a secret paradise few will ever see.
