I'm the kinda guy that loves nature, traveling and sharing my ideas while on the road. Kicking up dust with my little old trailer, I wander the backroads of the US, Canada and even Mexico. My goal is to share my thoughts, ideas, favorite camping areas and frugal innovations with all who share the same interests. Some videos take longer than others, so please don't hold me to exact schedules. My dream is a world without deadlines or itineraries; free to explore, investigate, experience and appreciate.
This is a safe place to share your love of life and nature, and is free of politics, hate, fear and fake news. I do NOT accept any sponsorships, nor do I respond to those asking me to review their products.
If you want to say hello, please make a comment on one of my videos, or through my web page. Please check out the Slim Potatohead Website at: slimpotatohead.com/
So glad you are still showing your camping videos. I do enjoy your cabin vids but was especially interested in your American southwest ones since I use them to plan my next winter itinerary. 👽

I think that the hub-bub of daily life has many of us by the nape of the neck at intervals! I know I've missed some of your videos but I returned last evening to find I'll have many new ones to enjoy, I always return though. I bought a travel trailer and tow vehicle as a single and have been struggling a bit to learn all the things I need to be able to do. I took this step because of the peace, serenity and perseverance I observe in your adventures. When you encounter a problem you "work the problem" seemingly without fear or much anxiety. I am thankful to have your example to follow! Thank you for your patience and attention to detail when teaching about the building and renovations you do also. 🙏🌻
Great camp out Slim , enjoyed the Roswell part, and the scenery looked amazing. Look forward to your next campsite visit. Safe travels regards from Liverpool
Well, It's fun but I know what to believe- the nearest near Earth is a 140 million light years away. We can't do a light year so it's 500 yrs of travel. Bring lots of water and sandwiches. Speaking of space craft, isn't it a little weird to have that little helo following you?
When u burn something in your pan to get it out put salt and cold water if u have some ice put in there stri it all up old grandmother tell me it Bonnie Dozier calera al
Hey there Taterhead. This might be of interest to you.."the Missouri River These waters continue on for another 1,500 miles to the Gulf of Mexico, making the Missouri/Mississippi River complex the fourth longest river and the third largest drainage basin in the world. Nicknamed the "Big Muddy," the Missouri River has long been one of America's most important natural resources." 😉😉 Also, natchez is the french name given to the indigenous people and their language in that locale. Thanks for lookee
I never get to travel so I'm really glad to watch your adventure. Watching your video feels as though I'm there too. Love looking at the nature, please show more of it in your travels. Thank you.
