Winter is the best time to get out and have fun, ice fishing, downhill and XC skiing, snowmobiling, hockey, snowshoeing, grouse and snowshoe hare hunting. Not cold as long as you learn to properly dress for it, pak boots, polar weight fleece polypro long johns, heavy wool pants, socks, gloves, and sweaters, a down vest and down coat, bunny fur hat. ,My favorite season.

Interesting idea and applaud the guy for trying to improve his ice fishing experience. Wonder how it would handle all the snow/slush on the lakes now. ATV bottoms out and gets stuck, at least where I'm at last week it did.

My dad used to ice fish in a Model A Ford. They had wooden floor boards that could be pulled up. Just lift the floor board and fish from the passenger seat. Not unusual back when they were just a common used car.

Watch the movie "Grumpy old men"... You will see folks have been using sheds to fish out of for a while........ He just taken the idea of a duck (amphibious truck WWII landing craft) and put a pop up tent like that.... Taken the pop-up camper trailer idea basically to drive to your fishing hole....

So good for ice fishing that in the brochure the guy is fishing outside of it. All honesty 99% of ice fisherman find this impractical and can get much more use out of an atv or snowmobile.

You nitwits - this is not an "icehouse." Those were where ice was stored through the summer months after ice blocks were cut out of frozen lakes, ice was used for fridges. That thing is called an ice-fishing shanty.
