Oh man! These spoke volumes to me. I keep being called emotionally unstable. This is making realize I need to get a grip because I don't want to be like this anymore. I don't want to be called a psycho because I get loud when expressing my emotions. And then I start crying and shit. I need to correct this.

True but I also read that it's good to not supress anger. Feel it. Then let go and move on with my day. Emotions are telling us a limit has been reached. We can feel them, then shake it off and not let it consume us.

Yes so true. I used to tell my kids especially one of my daughters. When someone is being ugly to you just smile. It makes them mad because they don't get the reactions from you like they wanted. It really pisses them off.
I dont get angry now like I use to. You hurt my heart, I still dont get angry, I hurt. Hurt for me has always been a greater motivation for me to change, improve and learn.

You are right about getting a handle on your emotions. We do not let others get us out of our character. I allowed my managers’s mistreatment trigger the way I present myself around the work place in a negative manner. My mood and my energy was expressed in a poorly way that made me feel inferior. Don’t ever allow anyone to dim your light. I’m a strong believer in karma. You get yourself together and kill him with kindness. Forgive them father ,they know not what they do. After I learn that I’m string and a warrior, I carried on with my head held up higher.
