I looked in his blocked list once and I couldn’t believe hm were there. Real wake up call to these people. 3 years no contact . He has tried everything to get a reaction. Some empaths block and unblock too because they are still unsure if it's a narc and they doubt themselves..narcs fence walk too since they want u to keep coming back to them so they dont block you usually..some narcs block but they dont block for the same reasons we block

When I first decided to leave he sent me a message to say he was deleting me from his phone, I replied I was deleting him from my life!! He has since told me that really hurt him, ironically he asks constantly for my number now 😂😂

My narc would get in an argument with me and block me... unblocking me immediately. I always thought that was inmature. When i finally got tired of his petty drama i blocked him and never unblocked him. He would beg me to unblock him lol. Ive been in no contact for 1 month and a friend stalked his accounts and found he has posted good memories with me. Im assuming thats why he wanted me to unblock him? Idk. But im not going to find out. No contact all the way 🤟🏼😊

My ex blocked me then unblocked. That allowed me to untag myself from his posts then I blocked him. He hoovered my mom and demanded that I unblock him so he can delete my comments. Um, I don't have to unblock him for him to delete stuff on his page! He just wanted to block me so he could have control. What a putz!

I dumped all my social media accounts in January 2017. NC with all toxic family members, (including my Narc adult daughter-only child). Yes, yes, yes it hurt like hell, (still does) but being around all of them hurt a lot worse. I love what my life has become.

I would block and unblock my narcissist because I was trying to go no contact but after a couple of days I would cave in . It was a vicious cycle .

Once I went no contact I found her second profile used to spy on me. I called her out and of course she gaslighted me saying I was the crazy one.

I have done the blocking permanently on my personal social media. I’ve unblocked a few times over the course of nearly 3 years. I’m over it. They’ll keep coming back and forth to show off. They’ll message you , and when you reply they’ll ghost 👻 you and act like you didn’t respond. Stop 🛑 going back and forth. Stay no contact for life.

It makes it harder to walk away from her and she knows it.

im a struggling mrs A minus. I spent 8 years being used. ive blocked and everything, but the trauma from it all... seeing how i meant nothing, faking being in love, just the whole chameleon act and new supply 2 weeks later was so damaging, Its been a year and i still look at pictures daily. This block unblock block control abuse thing finally made me block. We have a kid together, I cant let her triangulate. The smear campaign is so intense even a year later. It was all an act... People dont abandon people they love. and have a generic downgrade of you step in a month later

I notice the narc would block at odd times at night. I’d tell him like “l call and my calls go to voicemail”, but we were messaging each other. He’d say try again lol and the call’d go through 😂 so he blocked me when he was out with the other supplies 😂 l am sure he’d do the same when he was with me to all of them. Sick sick sick people. He’d also say that after 8:30pm his phone goes into sleep mode so he doesn’t get any notifications 😂 l don’t know how l believe all this crap 💩!! Many times he’d ghost me and had that stupid excuse that he was very tired and since his phone goes off automatically he did not hear any of my calls. It is just a mountain of lies on top more lies.

Yup they have to make it seem like you’re chasing after them. Like you can’t live without them. Stop 🛑 allowing them back into your life. It isn’t worth it.

I was thinking a bit and I think fear is a major motivator for them. Not just fear of abandonment, fear in general. Also fear is a typical schizoid feature (there's a trio: bpd, npd, schizoid - lack of love, lack of admiration, lack of safety)

It's an intermittent reinforcment game meant to push you into obsessive codependency or trigger/revive codependency that you had been able to temporarily tame down. It operates the same as drugs on your brain.

Not to mention they will always find a place on there block list on social media you can imagine how many supplies are blocked as well

But not before accusing me of not caring...playing the victim.. baiting me....lying about me..humiliating me and turning his younger brother against me ..and saying what a horrible mother I was...I told him if what he wanted was a mother who didn't care..I'd honor his wish..he's apparently happy..haven't heard from him in 9 months...and the silence is wonderful

Before realising my sibling was a narc, they admitted to a very odd behaviour. While going through a divorce they discovered that blocking their soon to be ex spouse meant he couldn't block them on SM as their profile couldn't be found. The narc periodically blocked and unlocked their ex to continue spying on them while also maintaing their power. It took my years to understand how malevolent this is. As far as I know this is still being done almost 8 years later ...

I've been no contact for more than a year. Blocked narc and his (equally horrible ns) are going on a crusade for his family to alienate me (we have two kids). I kept thinking maybe I am the narc. But that's ridiculous. Recent ex was amazing, and then wasn't. Watch the pattern. Idealized, devalue , discard, repeat. He did this 4x in 11 months. Tried to be all nice about it saying he wasn't ready for a relationship. So the 2nd time I took him back. Actually he was never out right mean even w devaluing. He would make rude digs then try to clean it up. He wouldn't discuss ANYTHING. coward. Emotional conversations shouldn't result in arguments or being blocked. I'm blocked now, and blew up his phone from fake numbers. That really pisse him off. Ohwell. He also hates his own child and talks about how miserable and unhappy he is. I think now that I am stepping back it's pathetic. And this is a GROWN man. Not some young idiot that hasn't figured out life. I miss the version of him that was great. I needed to hear this. My ex will periodically stop talking to me and block me on his phone. My dumb ass will continue to call him and text him. He will unblock me and then have sex with me whenever he wants. I can't say no because he has stage 4 lung cancer and he is angry with me and the world. I don't know why I keep hurting myself. One thing that hurts is I’ll admit I’ve been narcissistic in the past unintentionally. Got with someone else after a while of not trusting anyone and learnt from my mistake, however now I’m dealing with a big narc which makes me that ever more guilty about how I was in the past with others. It hurts, it ended she blocked me off and didn’t give me any explanation or any opportunity to address something. She’s now unblocked me and is messaging me very blunt messages.
