This Fruit Dessert is delicious and irresistible! It's made into a yummy pizza that everyone will want the recipe for. Made with a shortbread crust, topped with a cream cheese fluff topping and the fruit of your choice. It's quick and easy to make, perfect for summer nights and kid approved. Irresistible Fruit Pizza
Crust:
2 Cubes Butter or 1 Cup (softened)
2 Cups Flour
2 TBL Powdered Sugar
Mix together and press on pizza pan or double recipe and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Let Cool
Topping:
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Cool Whip (Whipped topping)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and cool whip and gently fold in. Place on top of cooled crust. Top with fruit of your choice. Enjoy
