I had a Maserati GT Spyder 4.2 V8 cambiocorsa in rosso red with cream interior. Cleaned up fine. Even a ton of blood came out (don't ask) with a bit of hard scrubbing.

FYI I own a car with light tan leather interior. I like it in the summer. Gets way less hot. But does hold dirt easily.

Sub in the tub 👍. Liking the content. I had a Mazda 6 with cream leather... feels very comfy and padded. It's a kind of comforting, yet distoguished color.

Had a few vehicles with light color interiors, cloth and leather. Leather easier to maintain, no issues with staining unless you work outside all the time. You just have to condition the leather occasionally. You will have to condition the side of the seat you get on more though, that's the place to most likely to get wrinkles and tears in the leather and shows more on lighter color.
