This plaintiff is not easy she owes the woman her money and has the nerve to take her to court out of order. The defendant should counter sue her for her money and charge her for her days pay and emotional distress.

Humans can be very manipulative. She was hoping Judge Funmi will pay off her debt in full or part. That's how the heart of man is, always trying to take advantage of goodwill that should go to those who truly deserve it. Even if your husband died, why not explain the circumstances?

The plaintiff came to court with hopes of attracting sympathy from Judge Funmi to pay her debts, but she was disappointed. And she actually have the money to pay, you could see the way she immediately said how much she will be paying.

I see some persons are trying to cast aspersions on the plaintiff by bringing the creditor to court, irrespective of the fact that in dispute resolution, not all matters are brought to court room, ADR prevails, d woman is not seeking the court's financial aid, all what she needs is the court to help the parties reach an amicable agreement. That's all.

The female interpreter took the highlight of this episode. Her stance, posture, dressing, attitude and interpretation skill are so poor. She would require training as this is a professional duty and learn to treat people with a bit more respect.

I love this program however I think we all know the reason she brought the defendant to court. She wants to be on camera in case there are well-meaning Nigerian who can help her or peradventure Judge Asaolu could throw in a lifeline. The court Admin people should not be airing this type of case if they know the court is not for charity like Judge Asaolu always says. Secondly, they need to engage a Translation company for the Translation services, the people they've been featuring are not that good. Most of the time, it's Judge Asaolu who ends up giving the grammatically correct version of the interpretation. Just my 2 cents 😀
