Prawn Toast is one of my absolute fave dishes, but as you say, they are incredibly stingy in restaurants, whereas yours are deluxe to the max! I definitely need to make these myself. I'm salivating just watching your video! 😂

For some reason I would add some chili peppers just to spice it up. But since you have the spicy sauce it’s all good 👍 Looks so good either way.

Frying That bread is soaking up all the oil. I baked mine and it comes out great.

Looks extremely good! I'll try it. I noticed that the recipe's ingredient list includes white sugar and a lot more than a pinch (i.e. 2 tsp) sea salt. These were not shown in the video. Same ingredient list lacks garlic and fish sauce, which were shown in the video. I think I'll follow the ingredients which were shown in the video. I assume you used about 3 cloves garlic and 2 tsp fish sauce. Let's see how this will turn out.

I tried the recipe yesterday with the ingredients mentioned in my initial comment. We liked it. If you don't like sturdy pieces of kaffir lime leaves in your prawn paste, you can grind the lime leaves to almost a powder in your spice grinder (first remove the leaf's rib and cut the leaf a bit smaller).

Wow so good to see you as am still away from Australia so missing home. But so good to see you looking as butiful as always. And that prawn toest wow now that that's what you call a prawn toest I made it two weeks ago and I was very upset about it. Because I was thinking wow that's wasn't crazy about I wanted to have a bite full of prawn. But my toest was very flat was not that bite I was looking for 😍 but hey you come to my rescue. And that kind of bite I was dreaming of. So thank you for coming to my rescue I will do your recipe and I know I will be very happy girl. It's good to see you my darling hope the kids are well and that Aussie husband of yourse still keep you amoureux. Love frenchy. 😊😂

Is the garlic added to the fish mix or the sauce? In recipe it says to add to the sauce but on video marion adds it to the fish mixture before processing. Can you clarify please?

Hi, lovely recipe. Will def try. Quick question how many grams of fish is used. On the recipe it only mentions 500 gm prawns.

Oh no! Thanks for letting me know! I'll fix that now :-) It's 350g prawns and 150g fish. But I've used all prawns before and it's great and even half prawn/half fish. It's pretty flexible :-)

You can! Although I guess that they won't be as crispy as Marion's. But you could get an air fryer!
