KOF is so much better than SF imo. Here in my part of Aus we didn't have any Capcom/SF cabinets but we had a bunch of SNK cabinets.

Capcom vs. SNK 2, Mark of the Wolves, NeoGeo Battle Coliseum, Samurai Shodown V: Special, Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, KOF XIII, Street Fighter Alpha 3, Marvel vs. Capcom 2.... and then there's KOF XI, in a league of its own!

I'm 2 years to late but recently KOF XI and many other Atomiswave/Dreamcast/Naomi games have rollback netcode on Fightcade now. Give it a shot if you have the time for it! :D

Besides Korea, the KoF is still popular in SEA countries.

This is the last KOF that needs a re-release for modern Consoles & PC. Behind XV this is my favorite mainline KOF. XV, '02UM, '98UM, XI, XIII is my top 5. I yelled for it at the SNK WC less than 2 months ago. Hopefully they just have all the Characters unlocked for it instead of doing the Missions to unlock them. I'm trash, so I just purchased a Memory Card with the save that has it all unlocked. 🤣 Great review. I recently bought the Japanese version of the Game & it slightly looks better.

I hope there’s an ash saga “um” with tags, leaders, and strikers. I know they revived all the dead people but they said that aren’t going back to the 99-xi era so I miss the game style.

OH YEAH, in this game, you can't press CD to do knockdowns since that has its own button (called BO) for some reason.

This is a GREAT GAME... the only problem is... a character called Gato

If you disable magaki's specials with Ash's super , he kinda becomes a pushover for a few seconds

I used to play this game with two of my friends when we were in college. They NEVER figured out that you could just roll to avoid Athena's Leader Desperation move. I literally never lost a match with my main team. I wasn't even good. Hell, I didn't even know about Super Dream Cancelling until I watched this video...

I have fond memories of this game. I was playing Soul Calibur 2 when people would flock to the KoF XI machine and there wa this group of lgbt dudes who mopped the floor with everyone. I couldn't stop watching the games on that cabinet so I was surprised to find a copy for PS2 and just fell in love with it even more.

I've been really enjoying Kof 11 but man is that magaki not fun at all. I'm fine with hard bosses or bs bosses but magaki is like switching genres to bullet hell. When a game makes the player struggle in an unfair way, I don't think that's fun. Give me a mountain to climb but don't break my legs in front of it. One or two super cheap moves is forgivable, magaki has like 10 😆. Thanks for the video. 👍
