Fun fact! The pinky star hand symbol that they use in the music video is literally the puzzle moon hand symbol but just with the pinky's interlocked. That's probably really obvious but I think it's so cool that the hand symbol is literally an extension of their last concept! 🙌🏼🌟

GWSN was one of my favourite debuts of last year - they just have this vibe to them that means you can't look away. I was soo happy to see Soso and Miya getting more lines. I have been waiting for PD’s reaction since the comeback’s release. I am not disappointed. I loved Puzzle Moon and was also anxiously awaiting them to return. I think they have a very good grasp of what their members can do and what kind of sound and song they want. I'm also with you, girl group choreographies are getting better and more interesting. To be honest, I'm just waiting for a puzzle game with thr asthetics of the MVs, interconnecting with their stories and concepts. I guess the tree is important? Is it Ygraddsil? Whatever it is GWSN is really climbing up to one of my favorite groups.

I love how whimsical GWSN is. It's kind of like a Bosch painting...minus the demons lol. And plus, their physical albums are so beautiful. Proud to be GROO haha

i was exactly the same, i LOVED puzzle moon but was waiting for the comeback before deciding whether i'd follow them or not but they really are such a perfect blend of deep house, girl group vocals, great rap and dance breaks!! the only thing about the video for me personally was that i actually find the panning of the camera between the set with the different rooms a bit distracting/hard on the eyes? like when i try to focus on members or the set decor my eyes can't follow and it feels like they're really straining :| but otherwise i LOVE the surrealist vibes and the last set is gorgeous!!

I had been anticipating GWSN's comeback to because I loved Puzzle Moon and honestly think it deserved way more hype. and when Pinky Star came out OH MY GOD I was hooked, Like it actually surprised me how much I loved it, usually it takes me like 2 listens to like a song but I was hooked right away. I tried venturing into more GG music bc I am mostly into BGs and GWSN was one of the first that really got me. Now GWSN and APink (moreso their newer stuff ) are added with LOONA (OEC). I'm so glad you like and are adding NITP2 to your listening party later on! The b-sides are really good.

I want to know more about the process and planning from Kiwipop. They created a complete mythology of sorts with GWSN. Not just the music and choreo styles, but also color schemes, graphic design and art elements, style language for costumes and props, and cultural references such as the Escher-ish sets of Pinky Star. We don't know the full story, but there is clearly a back story with peeks of books, diagrams and star maps, and somehow the GWSN current events fit into that. Kiwipop established this alternative reality quickly from pre- to debut and continue it here. They also think outside the box for promotion -- who else takes a rookie group to Dallas? Puzzle Moon left me slack-jawed. Pinky Star leaves me with a smile stuck on my face. And I haven't even said a thing about the members' stellar performances ...
