I can't handle this 😥 this is so incredibly precious. she could have just taken his picture but no she even bathed him even thou he looked perfectly clean. I’ve been watching Saskia’s videos and keeping up on the rescue for over 2 yrs now, and I can honestly call her ‘the mother of guinea pigs’. Her caring and compassion has no bounds when it comes to these animals. Glad ou got more publicity for or the rescue!

We have a huge problem here in Pensacola with guinea pig abuse. My fiance and I are about to start a guinea pig rescue. We have already taken in 11 so far. Two that we just saved had been left in a place with no electricity for 3 weeks, no food, no water, they were filthy, have heat rashes all over them. Sadly one died, but two servived. Getting them healthy and use to humans is going to be a long haul, but we are in it all they way! I thank you so much for loving them as much as we do! You are amazing! ❤❤❤❤

You are really blessed! I love guinea pigs so much! Their gentle manner and beautiful face just touches my heart! I am broken hearted that there is so much neglect as far as they are concerned, and being prey animals they aren't able to survive without us! Saskia, you are a wonderful caretaker of these animals and I wish I lived close so I could volunteer my time and affections! I have 5 piggies, and each one is totally different. Their vast vocabulary is so wonderful, and they are a lot smarter than people give them credit for. They are the perfect pet! Thanks for all you're doing. When I start receiving from money that's supposed to be coming to me monthly, I would like to set up a day each month that I can donate some money for piggie related things that are needed by the rescue!

Guinea pigs are so underrated! I wish more people would understand how complex they are and that they're not a good pet for little children. I have piggies for exactly 25 years now and they still amaze me more than any other animal species I have or had.

I cannot praise you enough for the work that you do. My daughter begged for a Guinea pig and I had never had one before. Since she was purchased over a year ago she has become better than my best friend. I never knew that I could become so attached to her. The work that you do is amazing and precious. I can't praise you enough! Watching the work that you do puts tears of joy in my eyes.

I don't have a guinea pig... yet, but I found her rescue on RU-vid. I'm an avid animal activist and love all animals so she's become a real hero for me in what she does.

I used to raise guinea pigs, and they are such a wonderful animal..... they love affection, and they used to lay on me and lick me, they would purr, and just seem so relaxed and happy.... I miss having them. Little sweethearts.

Most rescues have mostly dogs and cats and many of them don't know how to care for guinea pigs great job!👍😋😍😀😃

I love watching her videos. When my sister got her first guinea pig, I knew I had to be one to research and learn about them because she wouldn't. He's now living with me and I recently took in 2 females. Both given to me by my sister because she took them in without thinking. They are coming around to me and my oldest. We love all 3. I have two guinea pigs and they have different personalities. My younger pig Gary hates being touched. He hates being held and he’s almost always popcorning. Samuel (Sami) is so chill and laid-back. He’s also my dominant pig. He loves being pet but feels indifferent to being held. They’re my babies!!!

What a wonderful woman! I have two beautiful little female guinea pigs. One is shy but loves to give kisses and cuddle up with you, and the other is really outgoing, not afraid of anything and melts when you give her scratches 💕

Canadian provinces are banning the sale of guinea pigs and rabbits but still have many in rescues like the SPCA

I had an all black texel guinea pig breed, and I kept it in my room in its cage. My kitchen was nearby my room, so everytime I would open the refrigerator and open a bag of silverbeet, my guniea pig would hear the rustling and start making excited squeaking noises because he knew he was about to get fed. It was so insanely adorable 😭❤ I miss him so much r.i.p

When we first got her pretty much everybody was taking care if her but now im the only one taking care of Remember! Love your guinea pig🌹

Long time lover and owner of guinea pigs. I'm beyond glad that places like this exist to help these wonderful little animals. We've had 9 guinea pig total (not at the same time thankfully) two of which were special needs. One of which was half blind like the one in this video! Blind piggies absolutely do that head tilt thing and I'm glad this lady is trying to improve vet care for special needs animals!

Uuughh this just touches my heart❤️ I adopted my 1st guinea pig, Lola 7 years ago & she just changed my life around. I never knew how much love and happiness she would bring me. I’ve been obsessed with these cuties ever since! Lola recently passed away & my heart is broken & I miss her so much but I know I want to keep adopting more guinea pigs & provide a home for them because of her. These guys may be small but give so much💕really admire this woman!

We need people like this. Smaller animals tend to be the most mistreated and most don’t see their lives as important or valuable.

Guinea pigs are so underrated. People who think they are disgusting jist because they are rats should watch this video. Guinea pigs are such great pets to have because of their amazing personalities and affection. Not to mention how cute they are.

Literally I would not go to LA for any other reason but to rescue a guinea pig from there and from a lady like her. I know she loves them all, even those there’s so many of them, and I know they are healthy and taken care of. Guess I’ll start saving and get on my way to LA♥️😊

I had to surrender my piggies and I was afraid to give it to some random person becaus a lot of ppl neglect them I just didn’t trust a stranger so I toke them here and the instant I walked in I was happy and relieved that I knew my piggies were in a safe place don’t adopt from pet stores go here and don’t forget to donate and help this amazing women take care of these lovely piggies :)

Thank you for what you do! We have 5 guinea pigs, 1 male, 2 females and 2 babies, the other female is still pregnant. I bought them from a breeder already pregnant. She was thinning out her breeders, these ones didnt make the colors she wanted. Anyway we love our babies! Such sweet little creatures. I wish I had enough room to start a guinea pig rescue in Florida!

My son and I had three guinea pigs as he grew up. They were named Minnie, Winnie and Ginny Guinea, and they lived to b 8, 7 and 6 years old. I built a run for them outside against my house and flowers for the warm seasons and had two huge cages joined together in the basement in the winter. When we opened the vegie drawers in the refrig to get their lettuce, carrot, etc, they would start squealing from the basement. After they had all died, I gave away all the equipment so that I would not be tempted to get a lop eared bunny.

I have two guinea pigs and they love me dearly. When I clicked on this video and saw all these fur babies it warmed my heart.

This is AMAZING!! I've been rescuing Guinea pigs on a small scale for so long and to see other people taking them in and giving them the love and protection they need and DESERVE is spectacular! Nobody understands how much abuse these poor babies go through just because people don't do their research

I had a darling guinea pig given to me by a friend. He was so lovely and it was my first time having a guinea pig so I did so much research and made sure I let him have time out of the cage and affectionate with him. I tried so hard to take care of him but he was an old one. I was so heartbroken to wake up and realize he was gone. Guinea pigs are such lovely beautiful animals and I hope to be able to care for another one
