With LeBron James hinting at retirement, could this most recent high profile choke job be his last? Join us for the Documentary Event, now streaming on RU-vid: The Last Choke.
When he crumbled against the Celtics in 2010 and even more so against the Mavericks in the finals in 2011, it’s not that he lost; he intentionally gave up. I’ve never seen anyone near his level do this.
He gave up against the warriors also, he had maybe his best game ever then jr Smith loses the score (nobody ever gives him credit for getting the big rebound that kept the warriors from scoring the game winner but) loses the score and now it's over time and bron pouted and went to crap half as$ing the overtime, he gave up because he'd rather pout
That's why I will never respect him. I never saw Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley, or Patrick Ewing quit. They all never won a ring but not for lack of trying.
Lebron also gave up against the Spurs in 2014 when it became clear that they were the vastly better team. Jordan never gave up, *EVER* ! He played against incredibly tough competition in the East (which was the much stronger conference at the time, the opposite of the weak East Lebron enjoyed for most of his career), but never gave up, even when his teams were clearly vastly outmatched.
@@DarrellTurnerJr Yeah. I hated Reggie (because I was a die-hard Bulls fan), but that man was nearly unstoppable in his own right. And he, like Jordan, was clutch.
This video had me dying laughing, from the music in the background and the edits of Michael Jordan laughing at Lebron being taking off the court for cramps lol. This should win a Emmy award.
Never had a player gotten so much help throughout his career, flopped more, underwhelmed in big moments and choked. He's done so much choking he's made Lisa Ann jealous
Jordan got more help, because he was face of the league, even kobe couldnt get his 6th jordanese ring when stern vetoed cp3 trade. Wilt was the goat, after that kareem then jordan imo
@@mateusznikicik8770 3 of Kobe's rings was as a 2nd fiddle to Shaq, who was by far the better player as teammates. MJ's 6 rings were all as the definitive best player on his teams and in the league.
@@mateusznikicik8770 you must be out of your dang mind if you thing MJ had more help. During his first 3-peat he only had 1 other allstar. The Bulls grew and improved organically with MJ leading the way by example. Never pushed his teammates to do something he wasn’t willing to do. He worked harder than all of them and all of them attest to that.
I like James but that post season when he got his 1st MVP it all went down hill when his said those 11 FATAL LAST words..... "I went and dug into my bag of Michael Jordan Tricks" it was a WRAP after that LMAO🤣LMAO
also, and this NEEDS to be pointed out.... what you're seeing from all these guys, minus DWade to SOME extent, from James draft class and era is the MATRIARCHAL mindset of men plying the game.... this is why you see them do the things they been doing the last 20 yrs like going to different teams when they are a super star in their prime and chasing the ring wanting that life in EZ Mode... its what you get when now you have a league of 'Fatherless' plyers.... also they look like tooth picks now for the most part
@Sketti n Butter that was uncalled for .... the edit was nice is what Is meant no need to take it personally and bring that negativity out of nowhere I was trying to give some props for the content creator not pile on LBJ ... cutting to mjs dad wouldn't do a thing to change the fact that the lakers lost and it hurt your feelings
Absolutely brilliant sports commentary that so accurately details the iconic and signature moves of LeFraud James!... the NBA's "self-acclaimed" GOAT 🐐 😅
No mention of the absolutely insane free throw advantage the Lakers had on the season last year, especially in the Warriors series where they had over 3x the amount of fts
Lebron travelling, bricking a shot and then going up for one more heroic game winner to be blocked reminded me of Jordan's final 90 seconds in a Bulls uniform. Masterful performance from LBJ.
Your thanking God cause he made a hate video on Lebron.Christians these days are not really christians at all.😂Im sure God loves people hating on people.Thats a sin so you both win a pass to hell for free.😂😂😂
This was a great breakdown. LBJ is a phenomenal athlete, but his influence on the game has been negative. The league and NIKE wanted a new cash cow after Jordan and they've enabled this guy before he even got into the NBA and everything was manipulated in a way that it benefits the individual instead of a team and the game at large. I'm glad that his career is coming to an end because his toxic fanboys will leave with him. The league is at the point where it needs some changes.
I absolutely, unequivocally could not agree more. Look at the great ambassadors of the sport dating all the way back to the 50s. They all advanced the game. Left a positive imprint on it, improved it, moved it forward. For the first time ever, we had a star with a negative effect on the sport.
As a LeFlop's Fan, I would echo his other fans common views. LeFlop no.1 and Carmelo No. 2. 😂 At least he knows team play and team up. That's why he ranks higher than Melo. That's why he has 4 rings. The goat setting the best example for the next generation. Great Philosophy. If you fail, you cheat. If I cheated 10 times, and I won 4 times, I am shamelessly the Goat.

Is it tho? It ignores several events where lebron stepped up and instead focuses on lebron playing badly in the clutch of playoffs games at the ripe age of 38. Just for context, at 38, Jordan couldn't even go over 500 in the weakest eastern conference of all time, where a weak nets team made the finals.

@@krisxchirbas9503 you mean the weakest eastern conference of all time where Lebron played for 16 years of his career? While adding a career 25 and 10 player in AD. All of this to win 4 titles in 20 years? Yea. Ok 👍🏻. Whatever you say. You can think whatever you want. I can know what I know, from watching it all happen in real time over 20 years. But hey, everyone has an opinion, and we’re all entitled to them!! 🙏
I got the chills when you said he crawled his ass to the Miami Heat! After watching Jordan play, even with his defeats in Detroit, the 8 year old me knew that he was great. I can't say that about LeBron at my old age now and I am older and wiser..
Ikr. MJ took a sorry ass Bulls team from the bottom all the way to the top. Didn't make excuses, didn't run away, didn't ask for teammates to be traded, didn't leave to join others to win. A much harder path, a more impressive accomplishment.

I'd like to add that Lebron actually played great in the 2009 ECF, averaging 39 on 50% shooting. Mo Williams, the Cavs' second leading scorer, averaged 18 on 37%. He really had no help in that series.

Literally no one talked about how great the Nuggets played, but outside of MSM I agree not a lot of love for him.
There's a video here about how the refs rigged that series also. Heat fans were chanting referees suck against their own team because the calls were so blatantly bad and most of it was Lebron and the Heat flopping. Just the main fact that a series was being done on the Lakers and LeBron it was clear that the NBA really wanted the Lakers to won the title, thank you Denver for saving the NBA
This is exactly the same scenario as the Cleveland championship. They (the NBA) did everything they could to gift that championship to LeBron…how else to you explain Draymond getting suspended for getting thrown to the ground and stepped over by LeBron. Just stoked the Nuggets wiped the floor with him. Specially considering how many All-Stars he recruited there to help him win.

@@livingrentfree9596no I think it’s the whole getting blown out in the finals over and over and over and over and over again that takes LeBronze out of the top ten. It’s the constant blow out losses and shameless flopping that will define his career.
LeBron's 1st ring: Lockout shortened season. OKC Baby Thunder and KD got clearly fouled by Bron in game two when the Thunder had a chance to go up 2-0 in the Finals, but wasn't called. LeBron's 2nd ring: Tim Duncan had to be benched for Bosh to get the rebound, then kicked out to Ray Allen for the ultimate legacy saving shot. LeBron's 3rd ring: Draydonk is a LePaid Double Sleeper Agent paid by Unclutch Sports that got conveniently suspended for game 5, Bogut went down in game 4, yet another teammate made an incredibly clutch legacy saving shot for Bron, and Curry basically got mauled by the Cavs' defense, but the refs didn't call sh**. LeBron's 4th and final ring: Mickey Mouse gave Bron a Disney Forever ring that nobody gave a flying fu** about. AD was better, and could have easily won the Finals MVP. It is literally the most lowest rated Finals of all-time, and most players were half-assing the protocols to either get lemon pepper chicken wings at strip clubs, going BLM woke, clapping Rachel Niceasyholes, or getting lap dances in the bubble. @@truthserum273 I am totally with you. I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a city which decidedly was not a basketball town. We never had an NBA team there and the city was HUGE on their Steelers and to a lesser degree, the NHL’s Penguins. Jordan came out of his baseball retirement when I was in the 5th grade, and I started watching. Immediately fell in love with the sport and him. Then that young, scrawny high school kid the Lakers traded for from charlotte on draft night in 1996 caught my eye next. And for my money, Kobe Bean Bryant is STILL the best player my eyes have seen since Jordan. I’m not a big fan of this era, but Giannis and Jokic are winning be back over and bringing me back to the NBA. Hopefully the league is finally on the way back into the light from this decade of super team darkness.
He's always part of a Big 3, if not, an all-star team. Big 3 in Miami with Wade and Bosh. In Cleveland with Irving and Love. Then building an all-star LA line-up. The GOAT he says he is.
Yep, and it’s already staring up now in the off-season. Let’s get poor Lebron MORE help. I’ve never seen a guy somehow dodge every single bit of criticism for an entire 20 year span. He truly is magical.

This video is amazing, congratulations! I thought the Denver sweep could kick Lebron out of the top 10. There is even more in the last minutes of Games 1 and 2, as in both games he kept throwing bricks, and they stole the ball from him in the final seconds. A well-made video focusing on his embarrassing moments from the last minutes of Games 1, 2, and 4 against Denver would be great.
@@p4nther521 Every player seems more important when he's still active than in history (and every politician too). Players who don't mean much today were great stars back in the day. Historically what counts is the impact on the game, how one marked its evolution. Lebron did that far less than MJ, Magic, Bird, and others. He didn't perfectionate anything, he lost a lot, he was repeatedly beaten by other stars of his era, he lost twice with team USA, he won less not only than Jordan but many others too. So, a few years after he retires his status will be reduced. I don't know about top 10, but I believe he won't be consisered top 5.
@@sotiriosdrokalos "He didn't perfectionate anything" yeah, because he's the greatest all around player of all time but go on. His status won't be reduced, if anything his legacy will only get better. Top 3 in accolades all time, regular season and playoffs milestones will be probably forever untouched, and the younger generation who grew up watching him play will boost his reputation over Jordan 🤷
Thank you so much for the FACTS! LBJ fans gloss over all of his failures and chokes like it's no big deal. They hang on his 20 years of play as the reason we should be calling him the GOAT. The more and more these people speak the more and more I can't stand LeBron. If they just realized and honestly assessed that the guy is good and top 10 all-time but no where close to being the GOAT, I wouldn't be so at odds with LBJ. I'm a Lakers fan and from day one I hated when we signed him to the team because I knew that it would destroy the franchise. The amount of resources burned from young talent, draft picks, wasted contracts, and coaches (3rd head coach and already blaming him) it takes to buy this guy a championship ring is just horrible.
I cannot disagree with any of that. And that’s where I’m at with Lebron. His sheer collection of statistics and accolades clearly have him somewhere in the top 10. As much I as I dislike him, I cannot formulate a good argument to have him outside of the top 10. HOWEVER, he’s NOT top 5 and he’s no where near the GOAT. And yet if you say that, you’re a “hater”. This was EPIC a MASTERPIECE!! Thank you ! I've been calling this guy LEFRAUAD JAMES for years and this proves everything I've been saying. Keep up the good work
Here are some telling stats you guys could use in a future video. Points per game in finals series, MJ-Pippen and Shaq-Kobe duos, Hakeem with his second best, Lebum with his second best: MJ 33.6, Pippen 19 (all 6 series, 6-0); Shaq 35.8, Kobe 22.3 ('00-'02, 3-0); Hakeem 29.9, Maxwell/Drexler 17.5 (1994, 1995: 2-0); Lebum 28.4, Davis/Irving/Love/Wade/Gooden 21.2 (all 10 series, 4-6). Contrary to what Lebum fans and the media say, Lebum had outstanding help in his finals appearances, with his second-best being close to what Kobe was to Shaq in their 3-peat finals series. On the other hand, MJ and Hakeem had less help. Yet they made 6-0 and 2-0, while Lebum, with 21.2 ppg by his second-best, has the infamous 4-6.
Good metrics. I personally like to look at the entire playoffs not just the finals. But if we shrink that down to just the finals, and this off the top off my head, Kobe averaged around 25 or 26 per game in 2008 and his next best scorer was 14 or 15. That was a loss. But the next two years, he averaged around 30 per game in the 09 and 10 finals while his second leading scorer was around 18 or 19. In my opinion this entire era has an asterisk on it. The moment Lebron took his talents to Miami, things changed in the entire league. Not sure it will ever go back to normal again.
@@skap_attack Yes, also Kobe with Pau is good to add. I just focused on the finals because they always say he is 4-6 because he had no help, which is totally false. I hope that we will enjoy basketball again when Lebron finally retires. It seems that Giannis, Jokic, Tatum want to stay away from the Lebum and Curry-Durant model. People are bored and disgusted, and the younger stars sense it.
@@sotiriosdrokalos I DO sense a finality to the era of the super team. Tho Kyrie and Durant are still floating around out there. I can see some discussions about moving on from Chris Paul there in Phoenix and bringing in Irving to team with Booker and Durant. Tho I don’t think that would even work at this stage. The leagues two best players now are Giannis and Jokic. Both guys are in small markets without super teams and they seem totally content with that model. I admire both those guys and am thankful that they might be bringing us back out of the darkness.
@@skap_attack Totally agree, and also Spoelstra Miami's success is good. Btw I wanted to tell you one more idea. Against the Jordan-without-Pippen "argument" is useful also MJ's college career, and it can help on MJ-Lebum "debate" too. MJ won the NCAA in 1982, gold in the Panamerican Games in 1983, gold in the Olympics in 1984, and the Naismith player of the year. On the other hand, Lebron got only bronze in 2004 Olympics and 2006 World cup after losing to Argentina and Greece, and he won gold only after Kobe joined the team as its undisputed leader.
@@skap_attack I got you the precise data on Kobe-Pau. It's 28.9 and 17.3 for all three finals series, 30.5 and 18.6 for the two won, 25.7 and 14.7 for the lost one. To add that Lebron in the 6 losses had 28.6 and his second best 19.5, that is, more than Pippen, Pau, and the Rockets. In his 4 wins he had 28.4 and his second best 23.6, that is, more than Kobe had in the 3 championships with Shaq. I think we have a clear pattern with the finals stats, you can do what you do best 😉
Don’t even think he’s retiring. I think it’s just for attention cause they just got eliminated. He’ll get back to lose more he made it clear that he wants to play with his son
If the last couple years were a sign, he should take it and run. He doesn't have it, and hasn't had it for years. @@dverarde84 exactly right. And I particularly love the narrative that he “scored 30 a game at 38”. Lol yea ok. Average nightly scoring this year in the regular season was 115 points per game. For reference, the year Kobe averaged 35 per game in 2005-06, scoring per night was 96. And Lebron missed 30 games this year. He showed who he really was in the playoffs.
