Can I just say that was really awesome. I literally played through this part last night and I knew someone, somewhere did something as bad ass as what you just did here my friend. This is the best one of nothing else matters I’ve seen, I would absolutely love if it if you did fade to black

So this truly hits home for me... I say this because the beginning of this song was the only thing I could ever play as a kid. I just had my 29th birthday I brought my ps4 and this game to show my parents to show them how phenomenal the guitar playing for reminiscent reasons and my attempts at trying to bond with them especially my father who used to play. I had been through some trama right before COVID and I felt the need to "come home" to heal... Well I accidentally went to the wrong chapter and ended up showing my father the cutscene with Ellie playing the song Joel played her in the theatre right before this free-play part so on and so forth and explained what had happened and why she reacted the way she had in regards to her surrogate father... My father just said, "hmmm."and I wondered why. Time goes by I'm still playing the guitar in-game I tell my dad how it makes me miss the guitar and maybe one day I'll have another shot to play again since I struggled as a kid with small hands/fingers and struggled with chords. So I gave up my guitar lessons so my brother could learn in place of me.... My brother sold the guitar I fell for as it carried the same name I have (Lace) and was beautiful both in sound and looks... My dad disappears as I say this... And brings out a guitar case... Opens it... And it's that very same guitar... Not going to lie I lost it. He fought to keep it in case I ever wanted to try again and never told me. I took the guitar and started playing this song and playing in game back to back. My dad and I reconnected because of this game. It just meant a whole lot more to me. Thanks Naughty Dog. I'm literally going to have my dad teach me all over again, and watch how Ellie positions her fingers along the fret board to play the different chords when my dad isn't around to do so. I'll finally learn to play the rest of this song, close the book in a way, and learn more 💗.

The positions are so precisely placed. The positions that you see are the real positions on the guitar

I don't know what's more impressive, the fact you made her play the guitar so flawlessly, or the fact that you did all of that on a controller.

This is incredible. Incredible detail and great playing by the player.

This is so well done that it almost looks fake. Being a guitar player who knows how to play this song makes this even more incredible to me 'cause it's not exactly easy to play in real life, so I can only imagine the difficulty of pulling this off on a DualShock4 controller.

Playing these segments, it's like we're finally alone with the dualshock Touch Pad after years of forgettable interactions, and only now realising that it's actually a cool little feature. Then the game's over and you never really use it again, but you'll always remember the time the two of you made music together.

I spent twenty minutes playing harmonic minor modes, trying to trem pick and trying to sweep pick, but I didn’t get that far.

Damn this is impressive. Did you know you can rotate the strumming to be effective on the width of the touch pad to achieve more control over individual notes?

How they actually hit each string on point is amazing... It's so easy to hit the wrong one with the tiny touch pad
