Dr. David Hawkins and others talk about "Letting Go" to allow your body to heal and recovery from tension, anxiety, and chronic conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome and more. But HOW does one ACTUALLY Let Go? - In this video, I do my best to explain what I believe are simple practices that anyone can do to let go of resistance, reduce tension, and respond more effectively to feelings of discomfort.

The snap fingers, clap exercise really works. My brain associates snapping my fingers to music and immediately looks for rhythm instead of the internal fear...if that makes sense. More helpful than any positive affirmation. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and assisting my healing. May Jesus walk with you and bless you always.

Thanks for the videos but can you please stop putting the stringy music on it’s so distracting, it’s not needed. I don’t want to be negative but you talk very very fast and for someone with brain fog my brain finds it really hard to keep up and digest what you are saying. Good content though

I'm sorry but have you even read the book? Letting go is about accepting the feelings, welcoming those and allowing those to come and go. It's about experiencing the feelings in full, surrendering to those and being fully okay with how it feels (and it can hurt, a lot). Letting go requires deep concentration work similar to meditative states. It requires to identify the feeling, focus on it and slowly allow it to travel through your body and consciousness with no resistance. And sometimes there are repressed feelings that are hidden so deep inside that it will take months or years to even realize those and then lots of sessions to open up those repressed feelings and let them go. Given this I can only smile when someone recommends taking a walk or shaking up to let something go. One can surely let a feeling go while taking a breather but only after they really understood how this works and how this being done. To get results people have to start deep and teaching how to start deep isn't easy. Please read the book carefully, practice letting go a lot and then come back with better advices.

for me what works is questioning the thoughts.For example i really struggle with heart palpitations, when i have the symptons, my mind goes : heart racing>im gonna die.So i start to question , how many times i had this? (so much that i couldnt keep count) when did this killed me or even harmed me ? (aside from the disconfort it brings, it never harmed me or killed me for that matter 😂) its a slow process, but you kind of begin to expect the flare up of the symptons so that you could react to it in a rational way. Remember we are dealing with an ancient part of our brains, before there was communication, but it still is subservient to the modern brain.

Nope bad idea fighting the mind with the mind only increase stress to the top part of the brain. Dont fight just feel and then learn to let go like this video.

What if you face things and push and it just makes you worse. I try so hard not to let this take everything but I’m currently crying my eyes out bc I tried y to function and my nervous system has gone into panic from the effort and symptoms gone crazy. I’m like what’s the point? I did self talk etc but now my brain crashed 😢

Hello I have a question, is your program capable of helping in case of allergies?
@re_origin
@re_origin 10 месяцев назад
In some instances, it may be able to help by globally reducing the body's level of reactivity. The program shines when it comes to food sensitivities. When it comes to lifelong food allergies, while the potential is certainly there, more research is needed.

If i do your program, would you recommend unfollowing other coaches and "gurus", and stop researching and just focus 100% on re-origin?
@re_origin
@re_origin 11 месяцев назад
This is a question we get a lot and this is typically my response. IF you find that you are gaining specific benefits from specific practices or sources of information, by all means - keep viewing or doing those. However, IF you feel at all overwhelmed or like you are grasping at straws or struggling to sip from a firehose of information - then I would recommend to put aside the things that are causing your to feel overwhelmed for a period of time. You do not need to turn away from them for good. But for many, it is helpful to have a single point of focus while undergoing limbic retraining. You can always go back, but think of this as going on a temporary low-information diet so as to gain the maximal nutrition and effect from this program.

Title is a bit misleading. You started off promising by citing Hawkings and telling us why we should apply the technique, but nowhere onwards you actually explain how to do it. Luckily after misunderstanding the concept for 3 years I now know how to do it and it helped me get rid of a lot of fears.

@MarSarFishin-ws7qkI've read Hawkin's book on the subject, watched countless video's and really deep dived into the web, looking for answers. None of it really explained the technique in a way that clicked. Then I did Vipassana meditation, which gave some more clarity. But in the end, I guess I just missed the few rare gems on the internet that really explain how to do it. So, without further ado, here is an informative and detailed step-by-step guide that will learn you the technique in matters. 1. Take a comfortable position. Relax your body. 2. Take a few deep breaths and use the exhale to relax your body even more. 3. Now bring up something you wish to let go of. May it be a thought, event, behavior, desire or something else (literally anything works) 4. Focus on that thing and immediately tune in to how you feel. 5. Do you feel resistance immediately? What emotions come up? Can you give the emotions a name? Is it sadness, anger, resistance, frustration? 6. Try to localize the emotion in the body (exp.: head, neck, arms, legs). 7. Be very specific with the localization and try to describe the emotion using colors, temperatures, or even physical states such as (liquid, solid,..) (exp.: “a burning sensation around my eyes”, “a cold stream around my belly area”, “huge tension on my shoulders going all the way into my neck”) 8. Now fully feel that sensation in your body and be totally present with it. 9. Relax into it. 10. Set all judgment aside. Don’t think about how long you should spend with that sensation. Just stay there as long as the emotion needs (this can take 1 minute, 5, or even 20 minutes, simply be unconditionally present). 11. Stay there until you feel a sense of relief or a fading away. 12. Usually, there are multiple levels to an emotion so the sensation you just felt may transform into a different sensation. 13. If so, repeat that process. 14. Repeat that process multiple times with every emotion that comes up. 15. When the emotion is fully resolved and you feel a sense of peace in your whole being, you can slowly come back and open your eyes. Good luck and enjoy!

This is so important. To shake. Tense. Breathe Deep. then Let go and Relax...then EFT to move the Energy Meridians back to Balance...then Perhaps some Wim Hof Deep Breathing with Breathe Retention...then Breathework with Balanced Breathing 5 In...5 Out...5 In...5 Out...then more EFT and Relaxation...Stay with the Dis stress and do not disassociate from the Pain...Life is Suffering and those who go through the Fire know Divinity to be Within...
