I found that you can shave seconds off your time if you happen to spawn into a hospital with an open window to jump out of. But instances of that happening are pretty bloody rare since they patched it.

i think i found a new speedrun strat. what if, instead of trying to die when being born, you tried to die before you were even born? for sure that would take a lot of resets, but technically, would it mean that you would get a World record? maybe this could become its own category? for example, if the future mother has cytomegalovirus (also known as CMV) the baby could theoretically die before it’s even born! i would like to know more about the ruleset, as i think it could be made into a nice speedrun category! This could also give a reason to runners to reset more often, which could lead to some amazing runs, even on some other categories! for example, someone is trying to run unborn death%, but the person sees that there’s a literal stake right next to the place they were born (for some reason) they could get a good run for it, maybe even a new PB!
