If you think you're underpaid just change your employer, demanding atleast 30$/he equivalent to minimum of 72000$ per year is just too much for the designation of packaging and handling even the software developers are being paid 100k$ So I sense somewhere it's a mistake from the people as well

It's weird how we always associate success with money. Just because he is the most richest person, it doesn't make him the most successful. Self fulfillment is what we should focus on.
Well I would like to differ Maybe the person with most money cannot be considered most successful but people with more money are most probably successful because making money requires hard work and brains and people with ability to do that that I think is a good enough accomplish ment to be considered as a success
He is a bright man who we can't imagine a life without I wish him all the best and hope that he will sooner or later make the best decision interms of the planet and his employees who he has major control over
